Countdown to Confetti: Day 2

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the Reverse Confetti March Release!  Did you see that we are releasing .....6 new stamp sets and 10 Confetti Cuts this month as well as the Free Spirit paper pad, and FIVE (5) new colors of CARDSTOCK and INK?  This month's release is stellar.    Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for a list full of inspiration and information on all the new goodies!!

It seems I am always in need of masculine cards AT THE LAST MINUTE.  For me, these are so hard to make.  Well......in comes the Reverse Confetti release this month!

I went with an industrial look for this masculine card using some new products from the release.  I started with diecutting a piece of Stormy cardstock with the new Drop Cover Panel (it looks like tread to me!) leaving most of the pieces in the cardstock and removing random ones.  This panel was adhered to a top folding white notecard.

Using the Circle Band Confetti Cuts (previously released) and some paper from the Warm Heart paper pad, I die cut the angled focal point.  Using the 2 circular dies from Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts, these were die cut using Navy Blue cardstock and white.  The circular stamped sentiment is from the new set called Circle Wishes and was stamped using Navy Blue ink, die cut using the coordinating Circle Wishes Confetti Cuts, and adhered with foam adhesive.  So perfect for a masculine card!

Now for the prizes..........there are TWO $15 prizes up for grabs this release:  1 for blog commenters and 1 for Facebook commenters.  So leave those comments and make sure to check the Reverse Confetti Facebook page too!

Details can be found over on the Reverse Confetti blog for all the prizes!

Thanks for sharing a part of your day with me!

Really like how you only took out a few of the cut areas of the Drop Cover Panel- I tend to be an all or nothing person, so this will stretch my boundaries. ;D

The cover panel is awesome! So many possibilities! It reminds me of a cheese grater and would be perfect with one of those foodie sets with the puns.

Love the color combination.
The partial removal of some of the
"dots" is a good idea.
thanks for sharing.
