Avery Elle / Some Bunny

Hello!  I am here sharing a card using the adorable Some Bunny set.  Who doesn't love a cute bunny and a big balloon?

Some Bunny

I thought it would be fun to go back to some of my roots with this card......Paper Piecing.  I wanted to add some color with pattern paper.  You can do this with ANY pattern paper in your stash.  I used a rainbow pattern from The Everyday Collection by stamping the balloon onto the pattern, hand trimming out the shape, and adhering it to the balloon die cut.

To create my scene, I used the Pierced Mat Elle-ments to die cut a white frame.  Behind the frame, I ink blended Broken China Distress Ink and stamped my sentiment in New Moon Dye Ink.  I added my frame with foam adhesive as well as my Copic colored bunny and big balloon.

SugarPea Designs / Mix It Up Challenge #51

Hello!
I have one more card to share for this month's Mix It Up Challenge for SugarPea Designs.  This inspiration photo and colors are perfect for this time of year with the very chilly temps!

I randomly watercolored (using Distress Inks) some stripes onto a panel of cardstock.  This panel was die cut using the Card Front Element Builder SugarCut.  To keep this simple, I added the adorable Copic colored llama from Llama Just Say with foam adhesive and stamped the sentiment.

Avery Elle / Tons of Hearts

Hello!  Tis the season for LOVE and friendship.  I have a clean and simple card using some ink blending and the amazing Tons of Hearts Frame Elle-ments.

Tons of Hearts

I've ink blended a panel (using Worn Lipstick, Dried Marigold, Squeezed Lemonade, and Peacock Feathers Distress Inks) and then die cut using the Tons of Hearts Frame Elle-ments.   For a different look, the background was left with all the white hearts from my notecard!  To tie in the white from my notecard, I die cut the sentiment dies 'Happy Valentine's Day' from a white Double Pierced Circles Elle-ments.  When layered over the ink blended panel, the colors show through the sentiment!  As a finishing touch, matching gems to each color were added.

Lil' Inker Designs / January Release Day 3 / Giveaway

Amy_BearHugger3

Welcome to Day 2 of the Lil' Inker Designs January Release!  This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps for Valentines......are you ready?  Guess what??  The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

The Bear Hugger Stamp and Die Bundle is so versatile.  I've used it here on a card but the idea is that you can "wrap" its arms around a sweet little treat!

I wanted my bear to be giving a gigantic hug.  I added my panda at an angle in a panel created with Stitched Mats: Circles and Stitched Mats: Rectangles.  I added a layer of vellum behind so it would soften the plaid background stamped in the background.  I hope you won't get tired of my plaid stamped backgrounds!  (the sentiment is unfortunately from a retired stamp set.....sorry!)

Lil' Inker Designs / January Release Day 2 / Giveaway

Amy_WithLove_PerfectPaletteHearts

Welcome to Day 2 of the Lil' Inker Designs January Release!  This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps for Valentines......are you ready?  Guess what??  The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

To start things off today, I am sharing the large diecut sentiments!

With Love was die cut out of a panel of Distress Ink blended cardstock (ombre fashion) and twice out of white cardstock.  Each one was adhered together to create dimension.  How could I not pair this sentiment with the Cozy Plaid Stamps from last release?  My panel was diecut with the Silly Stitched Die Set.  To finish, I tucked a few of the die cut hearts from the Perfect Palette Heart Die around the sentiment and a few pink gems.

I figured I would do a blue version using the second large die cut sentiment.....Sending My Love.  It was die cut out of Distress Ink blended cardstock (ombre fashion) and twice out of white cardstock.  Each one was adhered together to create dimension.

Now, let's talk about that fun heart "burst" in the background.  It was created with the Radiating Love Heart Die.  The heart was die cut from the same ink blended paper as the sentiment.  A few white gems to embellish were added as a finishing touch!

Welcome to Day 1 of the Lil' Inker Designs January Release!  This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps for Valentines......are you ready?  Guess what??  The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

I am in LOVE with this release!  The Heartthrob Stamps are so fun and have endless possibilities!

I diecut the Perfect Palette Heart Die out of white cardstock.  I positioned it over my white notecard.  Using 2 shades of ink in each color, I stamped the hearts inside each heart cutout.  I stamped and white heat embossed several sentiments onto black sentiment strips and added them with foam adhesive.  A few pink gems were added "just because"!

My second card uses the adorable Perfect Pairs 2 stamps and the new Quilted Stitched All Hearts Die.

I started by ink blending Tumbled Glass Distress Ink over a white notecard with my blending brushes (click on image below to purchase your own!).  My white notecard (leaving it open) was ran through my Big Shot using the Quilted Stitched All Hearts Die.  Using the Stitched Mats: Circles, I created a small "frame" using 2 of the sizes.  I added my cutie salt/pepper couple (from Perfect Pairs 2 stamps) with foam adhesive and a white heat embossed sentiment banner.

Reverse Confetti / Stock Your Stash (Love is in the Air)

SYSChallenge
Hello!  I am sharing a card for the Reverse Confetti.......Stock Your Stash Challenge!
Every month will be a new theme and this month we are showcasing Thank You!

No photo description available.

I don't know why masculine cards are so hard to make.  Maybe it's because I always think a card needs bling and is unfinished if it doesn't have some on it!  Well, this card idea came to me quick and now I have my Valentine card done for my hubby!

I just love this little dog from Heart Pals!  It was perfect to color up and pair with this background of purple hearts from Patterned Hearts.  My hearts were stamped with Royal Purple Ink onto Grape Soda cardstock.
