Miss Ink Stamps / New stencil release!

Graduated Lines Stencil

Hello!
It's still release week and I am sharing more new stencils from Miss Ink Stamps!

Sometimes a birthday card can be simple and it's just fine.  That's where my mind was going with this one using the new Graduated Lines Stencil.  I LOVE stripes and these soft colors.  Using Cracked Pistachio, Abandoned Coral, and Fossilized Amber Distress Inks, I lightly inked blended these across the stencil.  Keeping that simple theme, I added 4 sentiment strips to the lower right that were stamped with one of my favorite sets, Everyday Sentiments.  I finished the card with a sprinkling of coordinating gems.

Miss Ink Stamps / New stencil release!

Waves Stencil
Hello!  It's stencil release week from Miss Ink Stamps!  We are releasing FOUR new stencils.......Graduated Lines, Scallop, Chevron, and Wave.

I was on total vacation mode when I made this one!  Give me a beach and warm temps year round!

Using the Wave Stencil, I ink blended Salty Ocean (fitting, right? ☺) onto a white panel.  I hand trimmed a beach and added "sand" with my Copics and white pigment pen.  Using a standard circle die, I added a sun that peeks out from behind my palm tree from Unstoppable.  My scene was spotlighted by adding in a raised panel that was die cut using a standard circle die.

Miss Ink Stamps /Congratulations

Congratulations
Hello!
Stencils have become a favorite staple in my craft room lately.  With the recent release of many new awesome stencils from Miss Ink Stamps, I am having fun experimenting with colors and designs.

This card would be perfect for a wedding card.  Using the Halftone Diamonds Stencil, I ink blended some gray dye ink in an ombre fashion, darker where I wanted my flowers.  The florals were Copic colored and hand trimmed out.  A simple white heat embossed sentiment strip on black cardstock along with some silver gems were added to finish.

Congratulations2

Miss Ink Stamps / Baaad Day

Baaad Day

Hello!
I am here to share a card that will certainly cheer someone up after a "Baaad" day!

The Sunburst Stencil from Miss Ink Stamps is one of my favorites.  Using this stencil with traditional yellows just screams happy.  The stencil was offset over a Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink background and more Squeezed Lemonade was blended over the top creating the rays.  Leaving the stencil in place, some Dried Marigold Distress Ink was added to the center.  For some grass, I cut some wavy lines in a piece Shabby Shutters Distress Ink blended paper and added the smaller piece with foam adhesive at the bottom.   The cute goat from Punny Farm Goats was Copic colored with N0, N1, N2, N4, etc. and added with foam adhesive.  To keep this simple, a simple sentiment was stamped in VersaFine Clair black ink.

Thanks for spending a part of your day with me!~

Miss Ink Stamps / Punny Farm Pigs

Happig Birthday2

Hello!  Amy here today with a CAS card featuring the new Punny Farm Pigs.  Creating a scene does not have to be busy or hard......Just some simple ink blending will do just fine.

Using some Broken China Distress Ink, I taped off the bottom portion of the card and ink blended with a blender brush.  I went over this several times to get the depth of blue I wanted.  The adorable piggie image was stamped in black ink, Copic colored, and hand trimmed out.  My images were all done this way and then added to my notecard using foam adhesive.  A few white gems were added for shine!

Have a great day!!

Miss Ink Stamps / June Release / Gardenia

Gardenia

Hello!  Just a quick share to feature the new Miss Ink Stamps June release!

My card uses the gorgeous new Gardenia stamps.  All my images were Copic colored and hand trimmed out.  They were added to a watercolor striped panel that was done using a wide paintbrush and some watered down Broken China Distress Ink.  This is a super easy way to create background!!!  A white heat embossed sentiment strip was added with foam adhesive.  A few clear droplets were added to finish off my card.

Miss Ink Stamps / Springtime Bunnies

Little bunny2

Hello!
Just a quick share because this card is for Easter and that's only a few days away!  I've used the adorable Springtime Bunnies stamps from a new stamp company called Miss Ink Stamps.

I started with the Halftone Bold Lines Center Stencil to create my plaid background.  I rotated it to make a plaid!  I white heat embossed the eggs and blended Distress Inks over them (emboss resist).  After hand trimming the eggs, I arranged them across the card forming a border.  I added a Copic colored bunny with foam adhesive and stamped the sentiment in the lower right corner with bold black ink.

I was inspired by the challenge over at The Card Concept with the bunny, soft colors, and the plaid.
