We received our first graduation party announcement a few weeks ago.  Follow Your Dreams and For the Graduate were perfect for this!!  These are wonderful sets to have on hand for quick and easy graduation cards.

I stamped the dotted stamp from Follow Your Dreams in light/dark grey, royal blue, and red.....the colors of our graduates school!  I die cut a basic black graduation cap with a yellow tassel.  Pair that with a bold black script sentiment 'Congrats' and a white heat embossed sentiment.

SugarPea Designs / Sneak Peek Day 4 / Giveaway

Sprout Bloom Grow2

Hello!!
I am excited to share more of the projects I've been working on for the brand new release from SugarPea Designs!  Each day this week, we will be sharing inspiration using the new release.  You are all going to love this release!!!

I hope you'll join me here over the next 2 days as I share Sweet Peeks for the all the NEW products that will be available for purchase starting this Friday, April 26th at 6PM EST in the SPD Store.

Today we are sharing Sprout Bloom Grow and its coordinating dies.  There are so many ways to use this set!  I chose to work with the boot as a planter for some spring flowers.

Nothing screams spring more to me than bright yellow!  I Copic colored the boots yellow and added white highlights with a white pigment pen.  I kept this super simple by adding a strip of black/white striped paper to ground my boot planters.  I also blended Tumbled Glass Distress Ink for the background, stamped the sentiment, and added a few tiny butterflies!

You're my Type is such a fun set full of cute sentiments that fit onto the typewriter paper!  Let's talk about the You're my Type SugarCut.  The typewriter die set can be used with the stamp set OR without .

I started with ink blending some Picked Raspberry Distress Ink onto a white note card.  I added a die cut panel done with the line portion of the die from Card Front Element Builder II.  I stamped the typewriter image, die cut, and over layed the black/hot pink layers of the typewriter.  After stamping the tiny type sentiment, I added a few die cut hearts in the same hot pink cardstock.

SugarPea Designs / Sneak Peek Day 2 / Giveaway

Strike up the Band2

Hello!!
I am excited to share some of the projects I've been working on for the brand new release from SugarPea Designs!  Each day this week, we will be sharing inspiration using the new release.  You are all going to love this release!!!

I hope you'll join me here over the next 4 days as I share Sweet Peeks for the all the NEW products that will be available for purchase starting this Friday, April 26th at 6PM EST in the SPD Store.

************************************

I started this card by die cutting the background using the striped die from the Card Front Element Builder 2 three times onto a panel of white cardstock.  Once done, I ink blended Distress Inks over the top to create my background scenery.  I added an ink blended hill to the bottom.  My cute band critters from the Strike up the Band set were Copic colored, die cut using the coordinating Strike up the Band SugarCut, and all added using foam adhesive to the card front.

SugarPea Designs / Sneak Peek Day 1 / Giveaway

Hey Honey2

Hello!!
I am excited to share some of the projects I've been working on for the brand new release from SugarPea Designs!  Each day this week, we will be sharing inspiration using the new release.  You are all going to love this release!!!

I hope you'll join me here over the next 5 days as I share Sweet Peeks for the all the NEW products that will be available for purchase starting this Friday, April 26th at 6PM EST in the SPD Store.

************************************

The products today are just darling especially the Hey Honey stamp set!  I stamped 3 bees and the bear from the set and die cut using the coordinating dies.  Next, I went to work on the background which was started by ink blending Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Inks onto a notecard.  The Honeycomb Cover Plate was done in white with an overlay of a white panel that was die cut using three of the Stacked Honeycomb SugarCuts.  I love how it shows all the layers this way!  I arranged my images and added some white heat embossed sentiment strips with foam adhesive.  To finish, a few black gems were added for a bit of sparkle.  BUT did you see the tiny little bee that's being a nuisance?  I love the set comes with the added tiny images!!!
