I'm featuring Aloe Amigo from Avery Elle!

I created a scene using Scalloped Burst Elle-ments and some pattern paper from a retired Avery Elle called The Holiday Collection.  In the background, some light green ink was blended. and some confetti stamped (from Shaggy Dog).  The focal image was Copic colored and white pigment pen details were added.  The Aloe Amigo was added with thin foam tape and as a last tough the adorable moustache!!!

Avery Elle / More Inside Sentiments

Hello!

I'm here sharing some birthday wishes using More Inside Greetings from Avery Elle.  This set is not just for the "INSIDE" of cards!  These fun sentiments are perfect for the front of cards too!  I don't generally finish the insides of my cards so this set is great for me to use!  

I started by white heat embossing the "HOORAY" from Little Card Big Wishes down a panel of white cardstock and then ink blended a pastel rainbow.  Layered this panel with black cardstock and added my black stamped sentiment strip across the middle.  I added some silver glitter die cut stars from Timeless.

Avery Elle / Shaggy Dog

Hello!

I am here sharing a "congrats" card with you using the Shaggy Dog stamp set and other supplies from Avery Elle.

Shaggy Dog was Copic colored and die cut along with the confetti image in multiples.  Shaggy Dog was layered over a bold black Oval Burst Elle-ments along with a layered sentiment from Little Card Big Wishes.  The colored confetti was added along with drops of glitter glue.  White pigment ink details were added as accents.  The "Congrats" sentiment, from Little Card Big Wishes, was die cut and added to the inside panel to finish the card.

Avery Elle / Timeless

Hello!

I am here today with a VERSATILE and FUN set called Timeless from Avery Elle. 

The hourglass focal point was die cut from dark grey cardstock and layered together for dimension.  The sand image is stamped first in a light grey ink and second in a darker grey ink at the edges.  To the top and bottom of the sand, a fine line of glitter glue was added.  

The hourglass was added to a notecard with foam adhesive to the Oval Burst Frame (retired) and was backed with grey striped paper from Avery Elle (retired).  I added some die cut stars and scattered them and added glitter glue.  Lastly, the banner was stamped with "enjoy your retirement" and the edges blended with grey ink.

Avery Elle / Fruit Greetings and Tags

Hello!

I am here today with a fun card using the Fruit Greetings and Tags set that was recently released from Avery Elle!

I stamped, die cut, and ink blended the lemon using blender brushes but adding details with Copics.  

The lemon was layered over a graphic stamped background using the same image and again ink blending with a light layer of yellow ink.  Added in a frame from Scalloped Burst Elle-ments and as a final touch spritzing the entire card with shimmer spritz.

Avery Elle / You Are My Jam

Hello!

I'm here sharing a sweet set called You Are My Jam from Avery Elle.  It's just the right amount of of country for me!

I did the paper piecing technique here along with some Copic coloring, stenciling, and heat embossing.  I've added some Midnight Stripes Washi Tape to the left side for interest.

Avery Elle / Little Card Big Wishes

It's graduation season and a new set called Little Card Big Wishes, from Avery Elle, is PERFECT for graduation cards!

I used the Random Dots Stencil and added dots twice using blue ink moving the stencil slightly the second time.  The center was masked off to allow for my sentiment placement.  I went with blue for our High School colors and kept it simple and masculine!  For just a bit of contrast, the supporting sentiment included in the Little Card Big Wishes set was stamped in black ink and the layered 'CONGRATS' was added with a blue backer layer.  While I didn't use the second layer but it is included in this die set!

Avery Elle / Brilliant Birthday

Hello!

I am here to celebrate birthdays with the Brilliant Birthday set!  It features a main sentiment but has the most amazing supporting scripty words to personalize your card or tag!

For my card, I made my husband's birthday card for this year (early!).  I used Balloon Wishes to stamp the balloons onto colored cardstock and then die cut using the coordinating Balloon Wishes Elle-ments.  I added some white pigment ink splatter to the balloons.  For the base of the card, the main sentiment was stamped and then personalized with 'husband'.  A die cut frame, from Scalloped Burst Elle-ments, done in kraft cardstock was added with foam adhesive.  The balloons were added with foam adhesive atop the tiny balloon strings (I'm sure it's supposed to be streamers ha!).  As a last touch, the solid stars were stamped in blue ink.  I love how simple this turned out.....my guy doesn't like bling or glitter so this is perfect!  🤣🤣

Avery Elle / Balloon Wishes

I'm here sharing some fun using Balloon Wishes from Avery Elle!

I started by creating black and white horizontal stripes to the left side using 1/4" black strips of cardstock.  Use those scraps!  My card base is a bit smaller than the usual A2 card size due to the stripes.  

The balloon panel was done by die cutting the balloons and ink blended them with ink that was just a bit darker than the cardstock using the Polka Dots Stencil.  The balloon strings were stamped in black ink and little tassels were added.  Over this panel, gold watercolor was splattered.  This panel was added to the striped notecard with foam adhesive.  A few gold rhinestones were added to tie in with the splatter.  Finished this with stamped black stars and the layered 'congrats' sentiment.

Avery Elle / One In A Melon

Hello!

Amy here sharing a SWEET card with you using One In A Melon.

I created my background using the Midnight Stripes Washi Tape to create some faux paper.  I added a 1/4" black strip across the top of the Washi Tape for a place to ground my images.  The images were all Copic colored and die cut using the coordinating One In A Melon Elle-ments.  I created my sentiment using the Everyday Alphas Elle-ments in coordinating "sweet watermelon" colors.  As a last detail, I added the tiny little ants!!!

Avery Elle / Easter Egg

Hello!

Easter is just around the corner and so is the Easter Bunny!

Avery Elle has this adorable mini set called Easter Egg featuring this bunny peeking out from the egg.  I've colored the image with Copic markers and die cut using the coordinating Easter Egg Elle-ments.  The background was done using two different stencils.....the Polka Dots and Scalloped Stripes.  A white frame from Scalloped Burst Elle-ments was die cut and added with foam adhesive.

Avery Elle / Thank You Flowers

Hello!

I have a fresh spring color combo paired with the Thank You Flowers stamp set and matching Thank You Flowers Elle-ments from Avery Elle.

I wanted to keep the sentiment center stage so I stamped the image in black ink and barely colored with flicks of Copic color.  The sentiment was die cut several times and layered.  The background was done by adding 3/4" strips of cardstock across the notecard landscape orientation with a white die cut from using Pierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments.

Avery Elle / Groovy Vibes

Feelin' Groovy!
I'm here with a card with all the vibes featuring a new set called Groovy Vibes.

I started with ink blending orange and pink ink over the Flower Power Stencil and trimming the panel.  A frame from Scalloped Burst Elle-ments was ink blended lightly with the pink ink left on the brush for a soft look.  The 'Groovy' die was cut from thick black glitter cardstock, matted with a thick vellum, and added to the card.  A few black stars, from Balloon Wishes, were stamped across the panel.

Avery Elle / Modern Tags

Hello!

I'm here with a project using many new products released just last week from Avery Elle!

I started off using the Flower Power Stencil.  Using only the ink on my pink blender brush, the ink was blended over the stencil onto a panel of white cardstock and onto a 3 1/4' x 3 1/4' separate smaller piece.  Into the smaller cardstock piece, the 'HB2U', die from the Modern Tags, was die cut.  This square was stamped with a sentiment from the Modern Tags stamp set and then added to the stenciled background using foam adhesive.  To keep this simple, a few flowers (from Easter Egg) were Copic colored, adorned with a black gem, and added to the panel.

Avery Elle / Scoop

Hello!

I am here sharing a "scoop" of happiness!  

The stamp/die set called Scoop from Avery Elle is SO much fun to put together for a shaped card.  This has many layers to keep it sturdy for standing!  I started by stamping the image onto pattern paper for the "bowl" and hand trimming out.  The scoops were colored with Copic markers and sprinkles were added with the additional dies in the set.  The bowl was pieced back to the card and tiny dots were added to the scallops with a black fine marker.

Avery Elle / Pop-Up Frenchie

Hello!

I am here today with the cutest little Pop-Up Frenchie set from Avery Elle!  

With Valentine's Day being the next holiday to send some love and hugs, this card is perfect!  I've used some pattern paper from Avery Elle (now discontinued) but I challenge you to find some pattern paper in your stash to use.......come on, I know you have some!  

I created a layered frame using the Pierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments for my Frenchie to "peek" out of.  Using the heart dies included, I added a few die cut hearts embellished with Stickles.  For the sentiment, I stamped the XOXO repeatedly onto a thin strip of cardstock and adhered with foam adhesive.

Avery Elle / Char-CUTE-rie

Hello!

I am here with such a "cute" card.  It features the Char-CUTE-rie stamps from Avery Elle!  

Seriously, this set is so fun to put together! 

I started with the Pierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments for my base to work on and added a strip of pattern paper from the Holiday Collection.  My char-cute-rie board started taking shape by die cutting all the bits and pieces from scraps of cardstock and assembling.  They were arranged and adhered to the charcuterie board (colored with Copics).  A strip of black cardstock was added to define the pattern from the white space and to allow a straight edge for the sentiment placement.

Avery Elle / Conversation Hearts

Hello!

I'm here today to share some Conversation Hearts with you!  Conversation Hearts have always been one of my favorites.  

I created some Conversation Heart banners.  They were white heat embossed, colored using emboss resist, and die cut using coordinating die.  A panel was die cut using the Pierced Rounded Frames Elle-ments,  very lightly ink blended with ink left over on my blue brush, and the sentiment was stamped at the bottom.  The hearts were adhered with foam adhesive over a thin twine "string".  I added tiny twine bows to the edges of the banners.  This panel was adhered to another panel that had some Bright Rainbow Washi Tape adhered to the bottom.

I'm sharing the Everyday Cake stamp and matching die set.  While this die lends itself to creating a shaker card, I took this a different direction.  The cake image was white heat embossed onto white paper and ink blended featuring emboss resist.  Tucked behind the white panel, the new Bright Rainbow Washi Tape was added to either side.  White pearls rounded the card off.
