Reverse Confetti / Main Squeeze

Main Squeeze

Hello!  I'm here sharing a card for that special someone.  This in particular is an anniversary card for my husband (yesterday was 24 yrs)!

Using the Stitched Hex Tag Confetti Cuts, I die cut four pieces from just the bottom of the tags.  TIP: Don't die cut the whole tag....just the bottom!  Save on some cardstock.  This gives more value to these tag dies!  This tag has the triple stitch around the bottom and is the perfect chevron.  By layering them up, I created this fun landscape for my simple scene.

My Copic colored bear from Huggable was die cut and added with foam adhesive over a Broken China Distress Ink blended background.  To ground my bear, I added a white heat embossed black sentiment strip from Lemonade Stand.  As a final touch, I added six die cut hearts from the Huggable Confetti Cuts around my bear.  Simple but just enough detail.

Thanks for sharing a part of your day here with me!

I have one last card to share using a sentiment set and die set called Happy Thoughts.  This is so perfect for ANY occasion!

Happy Thoughts2

I've combined Happy Thoughts with For the Graduate stamps and dies from last year since I needed a graduation card for my son!  I started by ink blending gray ink over the English Bond Brick Wall Stencil halfway down on a panel of white cardstock.  I stamped the "so" and "for you" in black ink across the top of the brick and added in the Happy SugarCut in blue card stock for our school's colors.  I embellished with a few stamped blue stars and the graduation cap die.  To finish, I stamped "class of 2020" on the inside.

SugarPea Designs / Sneak Peek Day 4 / Giveaway

Floral Envie

Welcome to the SugarPea Designs Sweet Peek Week for the May release!
There are some fabulous new stamps and dies that are so versatile and can be used all season long!

I hope you'll join me here over the next 2 days as I share Sweet Peeks for the all the NEW products that will be available for purchase starting this Friday, May 22th at 2PM EST in the SPD Store.

If you want to shop, remember this link:  SugarPea Designs.

I have this beautiful Floral Envie card to share today.  The possibilities are endless when it comes to color for this!

I went with very spring like colors.  After Copic coloring, I die cut using the coordinating Floral Envie SugarCut that has some bonus dies included........a word die and it's shadow.  While I didn't use it here, it's a gorgeous font and will be great for a bold sentiment!  For my background, I always think a white embossed image is great on white cardstock, but sometimes it gets "lost".  To combat that, I added Tumbled Glass Distress Ink over the top very randomly using the emboss resist technique.  The effect is subtle but perfect!  (My background uses the new Handwritten Letter Background Stamp available Friday!)

Crafty Friends Blog Hop featuring Honey Bee Stamps

Hello Rainbow

Welcome!
It's time for the Crafty Friends Blog Hop!  We’re a group of amazing stampers that share similar paths…and we want to share our crafty projects with you!    We’ll be hopping each month featuring a specific company or brand…and this month’s favorite is Honey Bee Stamps!

Check below for a code to use at Honey Bee Stamps for TWO days only!!

I have a few rainbow inspired cards to share using many different products from Honey Bee Stamps!  Thank you Melissa and Lisa for letting me share my projects!

Hello Rainbow4

My first card uses the Radiant Circle Background Die.  I thought it would be fun to off set my colorful rainbow to the right side.  I die cut the Radiant Circle into my cardstock but only half way.  I added my rainbow stripes (I only used 5 of the stripes from Rainbow Wishes Dies) right justified along with a cloud.  I'm in love with these clouds!  They die cut a tiny outline that you can either use or toss!  For a sentiment, I used one from Thanks a Bunch.  The font in this set is large and beautiful!  As a finishing touch, I spritzed the card with Shimmer Spritz.

Hello Rainbow2

For my second card, I used more of the rainbows from Rainbow Wishes and Dies.  I stamped the burst image onto my white notecard and used that for the base of my rainbow.  I added 2 foam adhesive clouds and then stamped the big bold sentiment!

As a finishing touch, I added in some coordinating tiny die cut hearts and spritzed the whole card with Shimmer Spritz.

It's Happy Little Tree time here for SugarPea Designs!  My daughter is just coo coo over Bob Ross.  I know this set resembling Bob Ross will see lots of use!

Using the Outdoor Background Builder Stencil, I blended some clouds and grass over a white panel.  This panel was then added behind a panel die cut with a standard size circle.  Both were then adhered to a white note card.  After Copic coloring and die cutting my images, they were added with foam adhesive.  I added a strip of Spots & Stripes Brights to the bottom and a white heat embossed black sentiment strip.
