I created my card using the distressed circular image from Choose Joy and the Reverse Confetti Inks in Iced Aqua, Lime Green, Piggy Bank, Tangerine, and Buttercup. I stamped the sentiment in bold black ink to the upper right. I added some raised embossed lines above and below my circle of rings.

Amy I really like the soft ink colours you chose to make this graphic designed card. Outstanding! This is a great release also.
As stated by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the SINGLE reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 lbs less than we do.
(And by the way, it is not related to genetics or some secret exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING related to "HOW" they are eating.)
