ColourQ #78

Wahoo!  I posted again this week!  I've been in a slump but new goodies certainly get the creative juices flowing!  Here is my card for this week's ColourQ challenge

I just received this The Cat's Pajamas pinwheel die in the mail yesterday and just had to break it out!  Paired that with those awesome Gertie papers from My Mind's Eye.  This pinwheel die works fabulous with those double sided papers and I got to use my mini brads again!

Here's the gorgeous color inspiration from ColourQ!

I have to leave you with a pic of my DD.......yesterday was Kindergarten Roundup!  She is soo excited to start but not so sure mommy is!!!

{You Make My Heart Spin}
Stamps:  What a Blast (TCP)
Paper:  Gertie DP (MME), Kraft, Dark Chocolate, SS White
Ink:  Dark Chocolate, Tea Dye Duo
Misc:  Pinwheel Die (TCP), Apron Die (TCP), Misc.Silver Brad, Skewer, Cloud Dies (PTI), Baker's Twine (The Twinery)

Hi Amy! I love that pinwheel!! Your card is just sooo cute, but your daughter is cuter! Boston is a lot of walking, huh? :) I hope you enjoyed it! I am so thrilled I was able to meet you...happy memories. :) And thanks for the comment on my hair...I wish it were more choppy on the ends...sigh. I saw my sister today and she seems better than she did last weekend, but she's been running a fever...hopefully the doc will know what to do for her on Thursday.

I love how that mini pinwheel looks. I might be tempted to get that die. The pinwheel would be perfect for kid's birthday cards, which I make a lot of.

Your daughter is so cute! I know how you feel about her going to Kindergarten. Can you believe how quickly they grow up? Just enjoy every second.
