Reverse Confetti / Happy for you!

Hello!  I am sharing some cuteness with the new set, Punny Party.  

Who wouldn't want to receive this cute kitty card full of color?  This is perfect for just about any reason!

Using the Happy Confetti Cuts, each letter was die cut using Reverse Confetti Cardstock colors (Salsa, Tangerine, Sunshine, Lime Green, Iced Aqua) and layered over black cardstock.  The Happy die cut was added with dimensional adhesive over a panel of polka dot paper from Cue the Confetti 6x6 Paper Pad.  A supporting sentiment, from Hooray, was added with foam adhesive.  To add the cuteness, the kitten holding the ice cream (colored with Copics) was added above the Happy die cut.  To finish, a few black gems were added to tie in with all the black details on the card.

Avery Elle / Inside Birthday Greetings

Hello!  I have a floral birthday card using the new Inside Birthday Greetings stamps from Avery Elle.

I have to admit......I rarely stamp on the inside of my cards.  I wanted to show that you don't have to use these stamps on the inside of your cards!  I used one of the greetings and by masking a portion of the greeting, I was able to stamp it at the bottom of the banner die from Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments. 

The stitched layer in the background was stamped using a tone on tone look using the florals from Sending Flowers.  Additionally, several of the flowers were Copic colored, die cut, and layered over the banner with foam adhesive and a few gems were added for sparkle!

Technique Tuesday / Birthday Celebration

A beautiful ink blended background is a perfect backdrop for the By the Numbers Die done in white cardstock.  The background was ink blended onto Bristol Smooth cardstock using Tattered Rose, Abandoned Coral, and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Inks.  Using coordinating colors of Copic markers, the cake image (from Umpteenth Birthday) was colored and hand trimmed out.  The image was added with foam adhesive to a two inch band of vellum that was white heat embossed with one of the sentiments from the same set.  A few clear droplets were added for some shine.

Reverse Confetti / Celebrate

Hello!  I am still celebrating Reverse Confetti's EIGHTH Birthday with a colorful shaker card using some new and some previously released products!

Shaker cards are perfect for birthdays.  I used the Big Burst Confetti Cuts to create my shaker window.  I particularly like this one because it leaves a stitched border around the shape!  To fill in some of the white space, the dotted circle stamp from Background Builder was randomly stamped over the panel.  This panel was then trimmed on all sides.  The shaker was filled with iridescent sequins.

For the front of my shaker, the Celebrate Tag Confetti Cuts was done in rainbow Reverse Confetti Cardstock (Piggy Bank, Salsa, Rose, Tangerine, Buttercup, Iced Aqua, Lime Green, Grape Soda, and Royal Purple) with a black shadow to make the letters pop.  For a final touch, one single Balloons Confetti Cuts done in Royal Purple Cardstock.

Avery Elle / Ice Cream

Hello!  

I have a sweet treat for you using the new amazing Layered Ice Cream stamps from the new Avery Elle release.  
I love layering stamps and this set was so easy to line up!

I kind of went crazy with making ice cream cones and finally settled on a triple scoop!  We'll call it Orange Sherbert, Lemon Chiffon, and Strawberry!  Ha!  I kept this fairly simple with an ink blended panel that was die cut using the new Slimline Borders Elle-ments on either side for fun borders!  The panel was adhered to a notecard lined with a pattern paper from the Spring Collection 6x6 Paper Pad.  I added my scoops (adorned with chocolate sprinkles) with foam adhesive to my cone.  To finish, a simple sentiment banner was added along with some clear gems.

I couldn't miss making a cake for Reverse Confetti's EIGHTH birthday release! 

 
Have Your Cake were stamped and die cut with layers.  I added a tiny banner of coordinating colors for the cake topper.  The cake was adorned with florals at the bottom.   The cake was added to a Vertical Stripes Cover Panel and colors of cardstock were inlaid.  The cake surrounded by the Wreath Confetti Cut done in white cardstock.

Reverse Confetti / Countdown to Confetti / Day 3

The Bear up There is one of TWO adorable critter sets this month! 

I started with an Distress Oxide ink blended panel of Bristol Smooth cardstock using Shaded Lilac and Cracked Pistachio.  The Oval Window Cover Panel Confetti Cuts was layered over the top of the ink blended panel.  I added a few white splatters along with some stamped stars in the background.  The letters from the Happy Confetti Cut along with some stars were all die cut from a portion of an in blended panel.  A supporting sentiment, from Happy Coordinates, was layered over the word 'HAPPY'.  To finish, the cute little bear on the cloud was die cut several times, layered together, and added to the background.  Glitter pen details were done to the stars and splattered in the background.

This next card pulls out some pattern paper from Cue the Confetti 6x6 Paper Pad along with the Boo to You Confetti Cut.

I've used the Free w/ purchase (visit Reverse Confetti for details) sentiment set for this release by stamping repeatedly and adding the Boo to You Confetti Cut "frame".  One lone elephant, from Punny Party, holding a balloon finishes this card!
