Hi everyone!  Sharing a card made with some of the newest stamp sets from Reverse Confetti!  Did you like the first release last week?  Well.......I'm going to say that you will LOVE the next one!  hehe.....I know....I'm a tease!

 

I've used the cutest nautical images from a set called Happy Harbor.  Nautical is really trendy right now so this set is a must have!  I've stamped my own anchor paper, colored in my lighthouse with Copics, and added a sentiment from this same set!  To help me, I've played along with Retro Sketches for my layout.

Little Tangles Challenge!

 

Hi everyone!  I've been super busy this week with end of school activites, baseball/softball, and throw in another eye infection......ughhh.  But alls well now........

 

I know there are Neat & Tangled fans out there, right?  Well, have you checked out the newest challenge over at the Little Tangles blog?  There is a stamp set up for grabs to a lucky winner!  This challenge runs until Sunday, May 26th at 11:59 EST.  This is your chance to ink up those stamps and create!!  The challenge theme is Embellish It! 

 

I used the newest stamp set.....Across the Card.  Love this set.....using it makes for such a quick and simple but bold card!!  I added in some sequins as my embellishment!  The Summer Sun sequins are from Neat & Tangled and I embellished them with some Stickles for more added bling!

Well after having snow just a few weeks ago, we had 95 degree weather yesterday and was able to enjoy it at my son's baseball game (they lost but my son played his best game yet!.....go Brett!).  It was so warm in fact, my husband gave in and turned on the AC.  I really don't like to be cold at all.....so we'll see how long before I have a sweatshirt back on! 

 

I'm here today with my guest post for Avery Elle!!!  I've used the set called Cupcakes.  I had this card idea in my head and thought I'd better just make it!  You will see no cupcakes on this card, just one little floral stamp and sentiments. 

 

Yes friends, after I had cut out all these flowers was when I thought......I *need* the Cupcake ELLE-ments Dies to match this set.  Would have made this card come together fast and easy!! 

 

Can't wait to hear what you think.......do you like to use stamps in a different way?  I love to look at a set and try to "change it up".  Makes your stamp sets go a loooonnnnngggg way!

Today I am sharing a set that is so super TRENDY and fun:  The Envelope, Please.  I just couldn't wait to pair up some of the fun images in this set with the previously released String Me Along envelope!!!  And who doesn't LOVE "happy mail"??

 

 

 

Everything about this just makes me smile......the arrows, the colors, and that cute smiley face!  There are OODLES of images in this set (25 to be exact including sentiments).

Today I am sharing a set dedicated to all those DADS and men in your life:  Father Knows Best.  The images in this set are perfect for so many guys in my life but you know what??  This set is also perfect for those teens too!  And I'm not talking about male teens......check out my card and you'll see!

 

 There is just something about the colors of PINK and GREY together......I love it!  So this is a great card for that "teen".  Don't worry.....You'll see more of this set from me and in it's original intent!  hehe.....I do like to shake things up!

I'm here with a simple stamped card that could be for any friend, mom, sister on your list.

Keeping it short and sweet today as I'll be sharing this day with my family!
I've used the Tuxedo Black twine by Bella Creationz to "ground" my poppies, black enamel dots for the centers, and a fun stitched scallop border die.  Sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Congrats!

Hello everyone!  I wanted to share a non-traditional engagement card that was over on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog yesterday.  We have some friends that got engaged recently so this card is going to them to congratulate them!

I've used 3 different Fresh Squeezed Stamps to make this card:  Breath of Fresh Flair, String Me Along, and You Said It, Sister.  I love mixing and matching stamps from sets......gives more life to your sets!

If you are wondering where the little heart came from, well.......I did some creative surgery on the envelope stamp from String Me Along.  I wanted the little heart by itself to use on things other than the envelope.  Don't worry, it still can be used "on" the envelope as it was designed.  :)
