Fresh Squeezed Stamps Release {You Said It, Sister}

 

Welcome back to more goodness from Fresh Squeezed Stamps!  Today I am sharing a card made with a new set called:  You Said It, Sister.  What a fabulous set with great sentiments and a polka dot border stamp!  You can NEVER go wrong with polka dots!

 

 

I went with a neon chalkboard look........I used some hot pink embossing powder to heat emboss 3 of the sentiments from this set onto black cardstock.  Stamping the polka dot border across the bottom, I then smeared white ink all over and on the edges.  I kinda like the look!

Fresh Squeezed Stamps Release {A Punny Valentine}

 

Hi blog friends!  I am so excited to be here today sharing my first project for Fresh Squeezed Stamps!  If you haven't heard of them, they are a fantastic new stamp company!  I hope you were able to join the start of the January release yesterday with a set called Hot Hot Hot.  Perfect for those hot drink lovers out there!  All stamps will be available to for sale starting Thursday!

 

 

    Today's project uses a new set called A Punny Valentine.  Such CUTE images for those that like to create those funny Valentines!  I paper pieced my little bucket and did some coloring of the accent areas.  I added in some "sand" by using a border die called Wonky Scallop Border.

So today I'm sharing my personal paper-crafting style using Avery Elle stamps!  Their first challenge ends today and need to get this linked up!  I whipped up this card for my husband for Valentine's.....yep he'll probably see it here on my blog....but oh well!  Simple sweet saying......Love it!  And those chevron hearts???  Oh my.  :)

 

 

 Very CAS design......hand stamped paper, a few die cuts and foam tape.  Done.  And since it's for my hubby, no foo foo.  :)

Just a quick post here to share a card I made tonight for the BE Inspired challenge over at The Alley Way Stamps.  I've had this challenge on my radar since it came out and finally had time to play along tonight but I only had time to photograph and link up.  Here is the beautiful inspiration photo:

 

 

 

I used Jolly Holiday set from TAWS......so many cute cute images in this set!  I masked off a framed area and embossed the snowflakes and sentiment in white.  Love the look!

Some "fresh" NEWS!!!

 

I have had a little secret for a while now and I'm so glad I can finally share with you!  I am so happy say that I am joining the Fresh Squeezed Stamps Design Team!  It's no secret that I kinda like them......which THANK YOU for voting for my card this week!  Back in November, I received an email about being a Guest Designer for FSS.  Sadly, I just couldn't commit due to other committments and the holiday.  So I was DELIGHTED when I received the email asking to join the DT!!!  Thank you Ryann and Shannon.....this is going to be a great year!

 

 

 

 

Fresh Squeezed Stamps is a new stamp company and let's just say the DT they've put together is fabulous!  I can't wait to work alongside these girls for the next 6 months.  So stay tuned to the FSS blog this week to see who rounds out the rest of the team!

Well, that proved harder than I thought!  What was more fun......was to look back at what card styles I make.  I'm not any one style I've realized.  But that's ok.  I've created what makes me happy!
