Hero Arts / Spring 2020 Release / Blog Hop
I'm excited to share inspiration using some of the new products that are available NOW over at Hero Arts. This is part of the Hero Arts Catalog Blog Hop going on today!
I had so much fun creating with these sets that I have three cards to share!
Shop the entire Hero Arts Collection.......HERE!
******************************************************************
My first card uses the Paper Layering Plant and Stand for a masculine card for my husband. He recently won an award for writing a commercial for radio. This will be perfect!
I die cut many of the leaves from three different colors of cardstock along with some free hand stems. My pot was die cut and distressed with some grey ink. It was added with foam adhesive nestled inside the triple layered cardstock for the plant stand. Everything was adhered to a white notecard that was ink blended with Broken China Distress Ink and a thin cardstock strip to ground my image. I added a simple black die cut 'Congrats' from the Congrats Happy Stamp & Cut.
******************************************************************
My second card uses Zest Wishes........this set just screams SPRING to me and fresh lemonade!
I kept this incredibly CAS by using some black/white washi tape for grounding my images. The lemons were Copic colored and die cut. On the black dots of the lemons, chunky glitter was added. My lemon slice was adhered with foam adhesive. A few tiny gems were added and a simple sentiment was stamped below the washi strip.
******************************************************************
My last card uses the Watering Can and Flowers Fancy Die to create a card for any occasion!
My white notecard was prepped using Broken China Distress Ink but masking off the bottom two inches. Doing this does two things. It leaves a spot to stamp the sentiment and creates a CAS area to add my watering can embellishment. The tulips were Copic colored and arranged in the watering can along with some die cut leaves. To keep them in place, they were taped to the watering can on the back. The watering can was adhered with foam adhesive since there was so much dimension already from the tulips/leaves. To finish this, a simple sentiment, from Hello Stamp & Cut, was stamped in black ink.

Avery Elle / Peek-a-Boo Jungle
Hi everyone!
Since Valentine's Day is just a few days away, I thought I'd share a card I made using the new Peek-a-Boo Jungle set which is perfect for masculine cards!
Using some watercolor paper, I watercolored some circular areas using Peeled Paint and Forest Moss Distress Inks. I also added some paint splatters too while I had my palette out. I set this paper aside to fully dry.
Using the new Leafy Frames Elle-ments, the circular frame was die cut four times....twice out of a lighter green cardstock and twice out of a complimentary darker green cardstock. Once done, the dark frame was layered over the lighter frame giving it some a "fuller" look. I adhered these frames over the watercolored cardstock circles from earlier offsetting them just a bit to show some of the watercolor on the outside of the frames. The cute zebra and lion were Copic colored and added to the frames with foam adhesive. The sentiment banner (included in the Peek-a-Boo Jungle set) was a perfect fit between my jungle scenes. To complete my card, a few red die cut hearts were added.

Reverse Confetti / February Blog Hop
Welcome to the Reverse Confetti February Blog Hop!
Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for all the details of this hop and for a full list of inspiration and information.
This month we are bringing you inspiration using the adorable CRITTERS from the last release!
I combined the cheerleading kitty from Cheerful Pals and the tiger from Flowers for a Friend. My images were Copic colored and die cut. I stamped the OMG sentiment in Piggy Bank, Flamingo, Tangerine Reverse Confetti inks. After adhering a die cut black frame from All Framed Up Confetti Cuts, the OMG were adhered with foam adhesive as well as the critters.. I think these critters look so cute sitting and standing on the OMG sentiment! To finish my card, a sentiment from OMG was stamped under the frame.

Avery Elle / Spring Release Blog Hop / Giveaway
Welcome!
It's release week for Avery Elle Spring Release!
If you have followed along this week, Avery Elle has shown inspiration using their adorable new release but today we are celebrating with even more inspiration!
All products are available for purchase in the Avery Elle store right now. You can check them all out HERE!!
Using some of the small images from Beary Good Friends, I created this fun scene card incorporating the new large sentiment die---Make a Wish Elle-ments.
To create the ombre look to the large sentiment, several colors of Distress Inks (Lucky Clover, Cracked Pistachio, and Twisted Citron) were blended over a panel of cardstock. From this ink blended panel, the Make a Wish Elle-ments was die cut. After adhering the sentiment to a white note card, several images from Beary Good Friends were Copic colored, die cut, and added with foam adhesive incorporating them into the sentiment. A white heat embossed sentiment was added with foam adhesive as well. To finish, a few tiny die cut stars (done using the Star Frame Elle-ments) were done from the negative die cut and some from silver glitter paper.

*********************************************
I have a couple of cards to share using the add-ons from this month's My Monthly Hero Release!
My first card uses the new stamp set called Surprise Gift. This was so much fun to color in rainbow colors! But seriously, if you aren't into rainbows, the possibilities are endless! To keep this simple, the sentiment was stamped repeatedly down the left side in coordinating rainbow ink.
*********************************************
My second card uses the new set Festive Balloon. Going with a softer color palette, some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink was ink blended in the center. The banner and those tassels were stamped in bold black ink. LOVE those tassels! The balloons were stamped onto scraps of ink blended carstock and die cut. After arranging the balloons, I added Press 'n Seal and stamped the balloon strings, then added the balloons. A stamped sentiment and some gems finish this off!
