Hello friend

Today is the last day of school for my kids.  My son was in a "flash down" math contest this morning and made it to the top 20 out of 110 kids grades 4-6th.  So proud of this boy and how well he is doing with school.  It's definitely hard sometimes with his ADHD......juggling medications and doses and appointments and behavior.  He has had an exceptional year!  Here are the goodie bags I sent to school for the teachers......check out the card hanger die.....you can get it HERE on Laurie's sidebar.  :)

Today I have a card to share "just because" using the newest stamp set Peacock Pretties.  Using some color blocking, making this card was quick!  And if you are wondering, that feather really isn't that hard to trim out (smiles)!  The hardest part of this card??  That twine bow......seriously I must have fiddled with it for 10 minutes!  I finally just adhered the "tails" down with a dab of glue!

HELLO friend

Now for one other little bit of business..............did you know that Reverse Confetti has a weekly post where you can link up your RC cards?  Here are the details.......
Want to be a ‘FETTI FIND?  Here are the details you need to know…

Each Monday we’ll be posting:
1. a few of these projects which will be that week’s ‘FETTI FINDS
2. a new link list for that week (posts made Sunday through Saturday)
From these ‘FETTI FINDS, we’ll choose a ‘FETTI FAVE!  The ‘FETTI FAVE will win the entire next stamp release and be asked to join the CONFETTI CREW as a guest during our next release for sneak peeks and the release hop. These will be announced on the last Monday of the month.
Just a few rules…
1.  Anything goes, as long as Reverse Confetti stamps are the main focal point of the project
2. No limit to the number of projects linked, but they must be posted to your blog or gallery that same week (no linking older projects)
