I recently visited my friend's blog, Soapbox Creations, and instantly thought, I need to make one of these! However, my occasion was for sympathy but I thought her layout and color choices were perfect. I did have to change it up a little!
I paired Life with Ocean Tides cardstock for my version along with a Mega Mixed Messages sentiment.
Oh yeah, had to use a 'coveted' Rustic Wood button too!
Here is a close-up view.
{With Sympathy}
All supplies PTI unless stated.
Stamps: Life, BB: Tin Types, Distressed Stripes, MMM
Paper: Ocean Tides, Dark Chocolate, Rustic White
Ink: Versamark, Fresh Snow, Burnt Umber
Misc: Rustic Wood button, Misc. twine

OMG, I love your CASE! Although you totally made it your own!! It is fantastic! Sure wish I had some of those yummy buttons! They are not available anymore are they?
Lovely CASE Amy. I too liked Laurie's card and filed it away in my head. I like the stripes behind the main panel...adds textural interest. And the tint types bottom is just plain awesome.
ON a side note, I finished your notpad today and will be mailing it on Monday! Keep an eye out for it. And this by NO means is meant to put any pressure on you. I am WELL aware of how busy life is for a working mom of 2 kids! lol Can't waituntil you get it! *grin*
Just beautiful!!! I think I'll have to CASE this myself. :)

That is beautiful. Those colors together are beautiful. I love the Life set, don't you?
Really great card! I like the soft, subtle stamping of the Life flowers. I also love how you wrapped the twine around the card.
Oh so soft and pretty! I loved Lauries card when I saw it and your take is just as fabulous! Nice job!
Gorgeous! I loved Laurie's card too - It's starred in my GR so I don't forget to give it a try too!
Understated, elegant card!
