I've used the solid balloon image from the set and did a simple masking technique for my bunch of balloons.  I added in some hand drawn strings and enamel dots that match my balloons!!!  Now....what about that gorgeous font of the "birthday" sentiment?  That is Danielle's gorgeous handwriting!

Neat & Tangled September Release {Day 2}

Welcome to Day 2 of  the September Release from Neat & Tangled!  Danielle has designed some amazing holiday themed sets.  Are you ready to start the inspiration?

Today, I have a baby ensemble (card/tag combo) to share using Santa's Tags.  Yes, I said Santa's Tags.  I could NOT get passed the sentiment--Special Delivery.  I always need extra "baby" themed cards/gift card holders on hand.....ya' know because I never need one at the last minute!  LOL

Special Delivery

My card was created by first stamping my plaid pattern (masking off the top portion) using On the Strip 2 stamps from Neat & Tangled.  I added a little pinking edge border and stamped my Special Delivery stamp above that.  Those stars are a new die from Lil' Inker Designs and I thought they worked perfectly with this ensemble!!!

Special Delivery Card

Next, I created this sweet tag using the same stamp set, Santa's Tags.  I stamped 2 tags and pieced the colored portions together to form one tag.  I again stamped the Special Delivery onto the tag and stamped a few lines of dots with another stamp from this set.  I then punched 2 small circles for my threaded twine and added more stars!

Neat & Tangled September Release {Day 1}

Welcome to the September Release from Neat & Tangled!  Danielle has designed some amazing holiday themed sets.  Are you ready to start the inspiration?

Today, I have a card using Simple Christmas.  So many ideas rolled through my head for this set.......I finally settled on this design.  CAS.  This would be VERY doable as mass production for those holiday cards!  Very little dimension for mailing!

I've used a vine image and stamped it twice to make my wreath.  This is why I love clear stamps....you can see right where you are stamping!

Happy Holidays

 There are 2 sets of "berry" clusters included.  I actually cut the smallest cluster apart for the tiny circle so that I could stamp it repeatedly for my berries!  I've added a white dot to each berry with my white Signo Uniball pen.  (the best white pen out there IMHO)

There is a GIVEAWAY each day of the release (today it is Simple Christmas), so make sure you stop by each day to comment to win!  Giveaway winners will be announced early Friday morning.  Stamp sets will be available for purchase HERE starting at 8am EST Friday!

See you back here tomorrow!!

We’ve been counting down the days, and it’s finally here—a new release from REVERSE CONFETTI!  It’s the 8th of the month (Reverse Confetti blog hop day) and this time we are looking forward to those fall days and the spooky treats that come our way for Halloween.  Come and hop along with the Confetti Crew as we share some creative ideas using September’s five new trendy stamp sets.  Along with the Confetti Crew (our fabulous design team), we’ve also invited some extra friends to join in on the action!

The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from Amber’s blog. It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all of Reverse Confetti’s amazing stamp sets!

I knew I wanted to make some treat containers with these adorable "Spooky" sets.  Here I've die cut treat boxes and embellished them with elements from both Spooky Cuties and Spooky Sentiments.  The perfect little embellishment was that awesome twine from Timeless Twine by Bella Creationz.  Here I've used Tuxedo Black and Pumpkin Orange twine!!!

Reverse Confetti New Release: Spooky Cuties and Sentiments

Welcome to the September Release for Reverse Confetti!!!  Jen has put together some amazing sets AGAIN this month......this time featuring pumpkins, ghosts, fall, and lots of lovely sentiments!!!

Today we are sharing 2 new sets called Spooky Cuties and Spooky Sentiments.  I mixed and matched sentiments and elements from both sets to make my own "chalkboard" card.  The woodgrain border is actually a Woodgrain Texture Plate from Lil' Inker with the center cut out so I could have the wood "frame".

Chalkboard

I wish I could do a video for you on how this card came together but me being the not so techy person, has no idea how to even attempt a video and edit it!  So you all will have to settle for a picture and instruction list instead!  LOL  Now you probably think this took forever to stamp and emboss everything but really it didn't.  I've used a Martha Stewart Stamp Press!

1.  Die cut Texture Plate and cut out center with craft knife.
2.  Lay frame over black cardstock and with a pencil, trace the inside of the frame.
3.  Remove the frame.  You will now have your stamping space.
4.  Arrange all stamps within the space.
5.  Place Stamp Press over stamps and press down.  It picks up all the stamps exactly where you want them.
6.  Ink stamps with Versamark.  Emboss with white EP.
7.  Ink stamps with white ink and restamp over your embossed panel, offsetting it just a teeny bit.
8.  Smear ink around with finger.  Done!

There will be a $15 gift certificate up for grabs. You need to leave a comment on each sneak peek post for each designer. Comments will close at noon CST on September 7th and the winner will be announced at 5pm on September 7th.

Thanks for visiting during release week but it's not over yet!  Stop by tomorrow for the monthly Reverse Confetti Blog Hop!

I stamped my woodgrain border stamp twice.....side by side to make it longer to extend across my card.  I am loving those polka dot pumpkins!!  Don't you all want polka dotted pumpkins too?
