Countdown to Confetti: Day 1

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti September Release! We are celebrating with .....6 new stamp sets, 8 Confetti Cuts, and new Quick Card Panels this month! Wahoo! Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for a list full of inspiration and more projects!

Oh how I LOVE these cute images from Dawn Machell!!! This month's set is called Too Cute to Spook and it also has coordinating Too Cute to Spook Confetti Cuts! Look at that kitty!!! ♥♥

My images were all stamped with Versafine black ink onto watercolor paper, watercolored with Distress Inks, and diecut. I used one of the new QCP's from this release called Fall Fun to layer and build my scene. My sentiment banners were attached with a small staple to the bottom right to hide some of the bold black.

Next up is an ADORABLE concept for a stamp set! It's called Easy as Pie. It includes fabulous sentiments that really work for any occasion!! I started with a watercolored background using Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink for a bold blue color.....LOVE! I added my trimmed watercolor panel to a white notecard where I had added a black and white strip of paper to the left side.

I diecut the new tag from Thanks Tag twice......one from white and one from light gray. I love that this tag set also includes the "reinforcer" for the circle.....this was done in black. This tag works perfectly to stamp my sentiment from Easy as Pie. LASTLY, I added a diecut PIE! OMG.....look how adorable it is!!

Lil' Inker Designs September Release: Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 of the Lil' Inker Designs September Release! This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps that are sure to "jump" into your cart!.......are you ready? You should have arrived from my friend Karen Baker's blog. But guess what?? The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

Are you ready for a few more Fall projects? I have 2 more to share today!

To start my card, I weaved several strips of brown cardstock together to form my lattice for my card and adhered. I diecut 2 pumpkins from Seen On Halloween die set and used the coordinating stitched stripes. I embellished my pumpkins with burlap twine and sequins. To finish, my sentiment from So Thankful, was stamped in brown ink and I added some stitching to the top and bottom of my panel using Long & Skinny Rectangles dies.

Next up, is this quick and easy little treat sack using Here for the Boos stamp set. Such a cute mini set to have on hand! I wrapped some black and white washi tape around the sack and embellished with sentiments which were white heate embossed. I added a strip of gold glitter paper and added gold sequins to coordinate!

Lil' Inker Designs September Release: Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the Lil' Inker Designs September Release! This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps that are sure to "jump" into your cart!.......are you ready? You should have arrived from Heather Hoffman's blog. But guess what?? The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

I thought today I would change it up and share a card using another new set of products that are geared towards TEACHERS! It is that time of year and I love having a jump start on cards in my stash for these important people in my kids lives.

Let's start with that AMAZING background die! It's called Wrappers Delight: Lattice Die. It was diecut out of black and layered with kraft and red cardstock. My sentiment was white heat embossed using Teacher Talk. The Teacher Word Die was diecut with red cardstock and was layered onto a stamped diecut frame from So Thankful.

The new Teacher Talk stamp and die set is so versatile! I like that you have so many options for stamping and diecutting apples! Here's a closeup of the apple I pieced together with the stamps and dies.

Avery Elle Fall Release Blog Hop!

My card shows off this great new set, Naughty or Nice. This set is perfect to whip up some quick cards for your kids for Christmas. I've used several Pretty Pink Posh products for this cute little scene. I started with a Tim Holtz watercolor background done in Tumbled Glass Distress Ink which was diecut using Stitched Duo 2 dies.

Now comes the ADORABLE new exclusive stamp set from PPP and SSS! I stamped and diecut all my pieces (balloon, kitty, trees) using the coordinating dies. My images were all colored with Copics. I've added a diecut Picket Fence (from Pretty Pink Posh) to the bottom of my watercolor panel and tucked in those tiny trees in the background. My balloon was adhered with lots of foam adhesive and embellished with my favorite Pretty Pink Posh sequins......Sparkling Clear!

Lil' Inker Designs September Release: Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of the Lil' Inker Designs September Release! This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps that are so perfect for the fall.......are you ready? You should have arrived from Karen Baker's blog. But guess what?? The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

I thought I would start by showing off some of the new Fall/Halloween products. What I love about this release is that it all coordinates with not only new but some old products as well!

I started by watercoloring a piece of Tim Holtz watercolor paper with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink. With this panel, I diecut the pumpkin shape from Seen On Halloween Dies (which has awesome double stitching!). See those stitched stripes on the pumpkin? That's a separate die so you can have a pumpkin with or without the stitching! The Boo Word Die was adhered and "to you" (from Boo & Faces 2 stamp set) was stamped below in Versafine black. My jack-o-lantern was made using the Pumpkin Faces Dies. To finish my card off, I added some gold sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

My next card uses the Seen On Halloween stamp set. I just love this cat silhouette from this set! I watercolored a small area on my Tim Holtz watercolor paper using Distress Inks (Spiced Marmalade, Ripe Persimmon, and Hickory Smoke).

I added some stripes of silver glitter paper and black cardsock to the bottom to ground my image. A few confetti images were stamped over my card and a small grouping of angle cut banners were adhered with a small staple. A few ink splatters and wood veneers finish the design.
