Sending handmade love across the miles from Taylored Expressions!

There is a new release today that features all the states and some other fabulous products to coordinate.  

Let's send some love to connect with those far away!

My first card was made to send some birthday wishes to anyone from Kansas!  I love that I can send a smile to friends and family out of state!

I used the Across the Miles Die of the United States in Oat Milk Cardstock across a panel of rainbow striped Taylored Expressions cardstock (I used up scraps too!).  Sentiment from Close at Heart Stamp Set was stamped in bold black ink VersaFine CLAIR.  I used the Across America - Kansas stamp set and added a layered star for approximately where I live.

My second card uses the Across America - Colorado along with the Across America - Kansas to send love to a friend there!

I brought in the Around Town Heart Stencil and ink blended with Sprinkles and Pink Champagne Inks.  I added some interest by using the Wavy Stitch Stacklets on the perimeter.  Kansas and Colorado were die cut using Toffee Cardstock.  To finish, I added a few die cut hearts for accents along with a sentiment from Close at Heart stamp set.

I wanted to share the back of my card as well.......what a fun way to share your signature that you made the card!!!

My color palette uses Blueberry, Honey, and Oyster inks.  I added my icons to an embossed background using the Cloud 9 3D Embossing Folder.  The sentiment is from one of the Adventure Awaits Insiders that was die cut using the Stitched A2 Layer Stacklets Die Set.  I added some of the small All Together Adventure Icon Dies done in bold black.

My second card uses the new Road Map Background stamp in Oyster Ink.  I've added more of the Adventure Awaits stenciled icons.  This time the ink colors are Papaya, Persimmon, Green Tea, and Brussels Sprout.

I added a A2 Postage Stamp Stacklet to frame in my travel icons.  The sentiment is from the new Going Places stamp and die set.

Taylored Expressions / Throwback Thursday / Talking in Circles

Hello!

Welcome to the Throwback Thursday release from Taylored Expressions where we are revisiting the Talking in Circles products.  A few new products are releasing today as well to coordinate with the previous products!

I've used one of the new maps - Talking in Circles 2 - A2 Sugar Cube.  I've paired this map with the new Talking in Circles - Half Patterns 2 die.  

My color palette is Cookie Monster, Blueberry, Peapod, Lollipop, and Candy Corn cardstocks.  After die cutting all the half circles, they were pieced into the "map" with glue.  For the sentiment, I went bold and black using the C'mon & Celebrate Die Set with a backer of vellum cardstock.  For some decor, I added the Bits & Pieces Clay Stars.

Taylored Expressions / Party in the USA Release

Welcome to the Party in the USA Release from Taylored Expressions!

We have a wonderful release to celebrate all the red/white/blue and America's birthday/anniversary this year--250 years!

There are some amazing new products along with a die from the Archives---On the Road Wagon!

One of the new releases is the "You've Got Mail" die set that I can not wait to use for other occasions but this release is all about America so red/white/blue it is!

I created a mini slim card using the Mini Slim Wavy Stripe Cutting Plate Die with Cherry Pop and Blueberry Cardstocks.  The cute mini letters are using the new Postmarked--Americana.  I added some glitter glue to the starts on the envelopes.  Sentiment is from a new set called Star Spangled Sentiments.

Next up is a card using a die from The Archived Collection - On the Road Wagon.

The background for my wagon is the new Stars & Stripes 6x6 Embossing Folder.  I've used Sugar Cube ink over the raised areas for a bit of "pop"!

I added in more of the tiny envelopes from Postmarked - Americana and also used the American Flag Die Set to embellish the cute wagon!  Another cute sentiment from Star Spangled Sentiments was added along with some clay stars.

Taylored Expressions / For Him

Welcome!

It's time to start celebrating the guys and dads with the latest Taylored Expressions release!

The For Him release themes include: golf, grilling, and beer!

I've used the new Apron Strings die along with Hott of the Grill dies.  My apron was diecut using Blueberry Cardstock and stamped with the Linen background in Sugar Cube Ink.  I added some utensils and some iridescent stars.  The apron was added over a clear heat embossed Grill and Chill Background.  A simple sentiment using a Grill Master stamp.

My second card is using the Hoppy Hour stamps and dies.  My Hoppy Hour icons were done using the stencils and Honey, Mango, and Pineapple Inks.  Each was arranged over a circle on the card front.  The Tweed Background was done using Sugar Cube ink.  Cheers to you!!

Next up---this card using some other dies available with this release....the toast, plate, and knife dies.  I've added my toast and jam to my "table" that was made using the Woodgrain background stamp.  The embossed background uses the Mini Meadow Embossing Folder (a favorite!).
