Taylored Expressions / Snow Crystals Kit

Hello!
It's snow time for the newest kit from Taylored Expressions called 

Snow Crystals! ❄❆❅

Snowflakes are unique and utterly beautiful.  This kit has everything you need to create your own Snow Crystal cards!

There are foiling cards in this kit and my snowflake background card was done using Iridescent Deco Foil.  Over the top of the foiling, ink (Confetti Cake and Plum Punch) was blended in the lower left corner and upper right corner.  Coordinating cardstock was used to back the sentiment strip across the center.  Behind the sentiment strip, a single snowflake die cut was added.

My second card uses another foiled panel done in silver.  

Along the edges, the snowflakes were white heat embossed and then colored using the emboss resist technique.  They were die cut and added to the outside edge of a panel that was decorated using the Diagonal Stitch Rectangle Stacklets.

Taylored Expressions / From the Heart Release

Hello!  

We have a special release from Taylored Expressions today called "From the Heart".

This release covers encouragement, remembrance, and sympathy.  These are never easy cards to make but at least with these products, you can create a seamless card in minutes.

My cards focus on loss and sympathy.  

This first card uses the Artistic Branch Stamp and Stencil.  I started with stamping my branch (in my Misti and then leaving it there) in Sea Salt ink so I could ink blend.  After ink blending with my chosen colors, my cardstock was placed back into the Misti and the branch outline was stamped in black ink.  The coordinating die was used to cut out the branch.  

The branch was added to a trimmed panel die cut using the Pierced Circles Cutting Plate.  The piercing in the background gives just the right amount of texture!

My second card uses the Set the Scene: Moutaintops stencils.  

I used many shades of blue inks (for example--Blue Corn, Blueberry, Gumball) and rotated my stencil from side to side and stenciled the same color for varying heights of mountains.  Wings of Love and the sentiment, from Sincere Sentiments, was stamped in Blue Corn ink over the blended panel.  To finish, a Frame in Frame 3 was added to frame the scene.

Avery Elle / Peace on Earth

Hello!

I'm here today sharing a peaceful scene using the Peace on Earth set from

 Avery Elle.

I love this focal image from Peace on Earth featuring the dove and holiday sprig.  The image was lightly colored with B0000 and N0 Copics and the sprig with YG61, YG63, YG 67 and R29.  It was die cut three times and layered for dimension.  A panel of glitter cardstock was adhered behind the Starburst Oval Elle-ments.  The oval frame was adhered using foam adhesive.  The focal image was adhered using more foam adhesive for lots of dimension!  Clear gems were added to finish off the card and add some shine.

Taylored Expressions / Christmas Gifting

Welcome!

Taylored Expressions is celebrating all things "GIFTING" with new products to make it easier for you!  From tags to Gnomes it has a little bit of everything that makes Holiday decorating and gifting both easy and cute!

The Gnomes are back but this release they have fun winter clothes and Santa dress up!  I am featuring the Gnome for the Holidays: Dress Up and the adorable reindeer outfit!  

I've used bits and pieces from the Gnome line to create the base and beard of my gnome.  The fun addition of the rainbow lights is just too cute.  I've added my gnome to the scene over an ink blended background that has glitter snowflakes.  The strips at the bottom are from the Easy Stripes 1/2" Stitched.

Since this release is all about gifting, there is a new version of the Tag Pocket 2. 

 

I've shows the tag done in white (to show just how simple these can be but be amazing!).  The sentiment is from Tag Your Gift and they have been adorned with bows from Take a Bow die set.  My bows were done and then spritzed with shimmer spray!  Once dry, Silver Glitter Drops were added to the centers.

Avery Elle / Santa Says

Hello!
I'm here today sharing some holiday tags using the mini stamp set 

called Santa Says from Avery Elle.  

This mini image is perfect to add to some festive tags for gift giving!  I love making tags for the holiday season of gifting!  The Santa was Copic colored, die cut, and added to a tag from Santa Tags Elle-ments.  The tag was designed using the Random Dots Stencil, hand trimmed glitter snow bank, and a tag topper with red cardstock to tie in with Santa's suit!  Tie each of these off with matching red baker's twine and you have a few quick and easy tags!
