Hmmmmmm... I spy hearts and what appears to be a bike, so I am going with a Valentines Day themed set... And if that IS a bike with tire shaped spokes, HOW STINKIN' CUTE!

Valentine set ... Looks like a bike wheel with hearts as the spokes, could it be a bike for 2. Various sizes of hearts, individual or a grouping. A cloud or bubble.
