It all started with........

It all started with THIS card by Lindsay.  I loved her use of argyle and the layout.  I needed a masculine Birthday card.

My card:

I didn't want to totally CASE her card.......so I changed it up with a different focal point shape and sentiment.

So from there, I made more of them.  :)

This time I paired up the fantastic sketch from Card Patterns this week with the new Make it Monday challenge from PTI:  Glittered strips with Scor-tape.  I sure hope the person receiving this card, likes it! :)

Here's the sketch:

I'll be back later in the week with the others I made!

Love the argyle!
And the pink card is fabulous!
Love how you ran the strip of glitter back behind the panels to give it glam!

love these...your mim is wonderful...i love how the buttons keep the eye moving, but the fact that two of the buttons are behind the image keeps the focus on the soft stamped image rather than the buttons themselves!!

Love these cards. I think the 1st one is perfect for a guy - I really struggle with masculine cards. Both are just great!

Love how you used the same sketch to make perfectly masculine AND feminine cards! I really must break out the argyle set again. I'm loving how the glittered strip just peeks out on the pink card, too.

Beautiful Amy! I saw your comment on Lindsay's blog - and you really did make one to match :0)! I really love the way you've switched the circles to squares - it gives it a really masculine feel! And your squares with scor tape are beautiful - the recipient will be THRILLED with it!

Love the Argyle! Also, I love you song on your playlist "Where is the Love" by BlackEyed Peas. I have not heard that song in years, my sister wore out that CD playing it:)
