Wilson Designs: Release Day!

Ok, today is the day.........for the full reveal of the newest addition to
the Wilson Designs lineup!

Are you ready to see all those cute images and ones yet to be revealed?
I can't wait to show you my samples using this set!
Let's get started!

Introducing:  Simply Silhouettes

Now that I've revealed the "other" stamps, you can bet those are what
I used for my cards today!  Here goes!
(This post is a bit long so sit back and enjoy!!)

These frames are soo much fun especially paired with this fun
little girl silhouette!    I love love the details in these frames!  Don't you
like the detail of the pearls in her hair?
I used the "line stamp" here to make my own background.

Next up, is my FAVORITE card of today's post!! (I have one more so don't leave yet!)
This card just kinda 'fell together' and became my favorite.

Using the same silhouette image, I paired it again with
the line stamp and made my own striped pattern.
I layered my silhouette onto a red Wilton doily.....love love this!
AND if you know me, I've been terrified to use these beautiful
flourish gems!  Well, I got brave and used one!  Please be proud of me as
I've hoarded this one for quite some time.  :)
My white card base was impressed with the Linen side of the PTI impression plate.
It gives just the right amout of texture!
fyi:  I have never made a card without a sentiment before but I just couldn't put one on here!

My last card is TOTALLY a case of Maile Belles.  Yes, I case but
I usually change things up some.  Well, I did but only in that I
used one of Kim's new frames to make Maile's doily card!
I fell in love with her design of this card here and knew once I saw Kim's
frames, that I could make one of my own!  I love Maile's style, flair, and
designs!  I know there are those of you out there that feel this way too!
If you want to know how this was created, click here......I used the
same concept.  No need to reinvent the wheel.

The key to this design is to have patience......the ink needs to dry!
Add some colored gems, ribbon, and sentiment and you have
a finished card!  Love the results.  Thanks Maile!

Well, I would love to hear what you think of this new stamp set from
Wilson Designs.  Make sure to leave a comment for your chance to win this
set not only on my blog but the other DT blogs as well.  We don't know
where the winner will come from!  Thanks soo much for visiting!

Amy you are doing wonders with these stamps. I too love the bling in the girls hair. Also a great rework of Mailes card - a version of that is on my to do list as well!

Awesome work Amy! I love what you did with the stamps. The last one is my fav, with that frame stamped like that and the green! Awesome!

I can see why you like that second card - it is gorgeous. I soooo wanted to use that line stamp but kept going to the other ones first. You showcased them beautifully. I also fell in love with that card by Maile. Excited I can make my own now.

You showcased the stamps wonderfully. Great use of the line stamp to make the patterned paper. Those first two cards are perfect examples of gray being the new black (Moxie challenge). And that is a beautiful CASE of Maile's card.
