Reverse Confetti Mini Release!!! (surprise!!)

Welcome to the mini release from Reverse Confetti!  There are 2 new stamp sets and 2 new Confetti Cuts that you will want to grab for all your gift giving this season!

I'm sharing 2 projects using a fabulous new die called Hanging Out.  When I first got this die, I tried to guess what it was.  The only thing that kept coming up in my head was a TREE.  So for my first project.....I made a card using this die as a TREE.  (humor me.....:) )

When this die is cut out, the piece that usually is "trash" was my TREE.  I stamped my "trunk" with the woodgrain stamp from an all time favorite Forever Fall.  Using some of the dies from Circles and Scallops, I embellished my tree by stamping some polkas from Whole Lotta Dots onto a green circle and popped it up off the scallop layer.  All this was layered onto vellum to soften that amazing woodgrain paper in the background.  The sentiment is from All About You.

For my second project, I went for the traditional use of the die!  A door hanger!!!  This die is brilliant.....and can be used for far more than just a door hanger!  Make sure to visit the DT blogs for some awesomeness!!

I pulled out the My Girl paper collection from MME......it's been in my stash FOREVER but I think it was made for this project for my daughter.  She is notorious for having signs plastered over her door so I know she'll love this door hanger to add to the menagerie!!!  Lots of Reverse Confetti goodies on this----Tag Me Die, Oh My Stars Die, Double Edge Scallop Border Die, and Lighthearted Letters.
