Autumn Blessings

I'm sharing my next card for the Practical Scrappers card contest.  I was lucky enough to be able to move on to Round 2 because of all of you who voted!  THANK YOU so much!  The voting is the same as last week.  You can vote for 3 cards and vote DAILY!  **Voting for the week ends Oct. 13 at 11:59 CST**

Lots of PTI goodies on here as well as some yummy pattern paper from MME!  If you can believe it, the thing that took me the most time on my card wasn't all the stitching but that bow!  I knew I didn't want a scrunchy bow so I took my Chi flat iron to my seam binding and........whala!  A flat ribbon.  The rules for this round of cards had to be a Fall card using twine.  So I worked my button twine in there with my bow.  I think it really stands out over the deep terracotta colored bow.

My card did have the help of the Mojo Monday sketch for the week.  Love this sketch!  Alright, keeping it short today so the only other thing I ask is for your VOTE!  Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

What a stunner! What I love the most is that amazingly well tied bow! Seriously, that would have taken me half the day and look half as good! That's an award winner. Excellent wreath too. Such an elegant and inviting card.

This is super, Amy! I have seen this before....maybe it won an award somewhere? Ah, my memory fails me so! Congrats on making it to Round 2, and hope you get to go on. :)

(I use my old curling iron to help flatten my ribbons; my kids get such a kick out of this)
