Fresh Squeezed Stamps Birthday Bash!!!

 

I'm here today to help Fresh Squeezed Stamps celebrate their BIRTHDAY!  It's their first year celebration and you don't want to miss out!  They are celebrating all week long and I think there are lots of FSS "friends" joining in this week!

 

 

 

I had the pleasure of being on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps inaugural DT earlier this year.  Working with Ryann and Shannon was a fantastic experience and I'm so glad they took a chance on me and invited me aboard!

 

I've used Everyday Expressions to help Fresh Squeezed Stamps celebrate!  Here I've stamped and masked many of the blooms from this set with fun colors.  I love how CAS it turned out!  For a little dimension, I've added Glossy Accents to the bloom centers!

Hi everyone!!  It is with a heavy heart as I write my last Fresh Squeezed Stamps post as part of the inaugural Design Team.  The new DT will take over soon and I can't wait to find out what rockstar ladies they've chosen!!  It has been such a fabulous team to be on.  Shannon and Ryann are some of the most supportive ladies around.  Thank you BOTH for taking a chance on me with your fresh new company.......I've had a blast!

 

Speaking of a blast.......I thought it would be fitting to share a "blast from the past" with some of my favorite Fresh Squeezed Stamp projects over the last 6 months.  But first.......I have a new card to share using The Envelope, Please.  I just LOVE how this turned out and is one of my favorite FSS cards to date!  There are so many little images in this set.......I've used 5 of them here on my card.

I have a great post today combining several of my teams......Timeless Twine and Fresh Squeezed Stamps.  Timeless Twine is sponsoring the 10 Minute Craft Dash this week and it's a fabulous color combination......one that for me ended up going BABY!  I guess this will go in my stash because well, none of my friends are planning pregnancy any time soon!  LOL  You can also find my project over on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog today as well!

 

 

 

I didn't want the red stars to take over the onsies that I stamped so I inked up the star and then slid it across the ink pad and then stamped!  It gave it this striped distressed look!

Hello everyone!  I wanted to share a non-traditional engagement card that was over on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog yesterday.  We have some friends that got engaged recently so this card is going to them to congratulate them!

I've used 3 different Fresh Squeezed Stamps to make this card:  Breath of Fresh Flair, String Me Along, and You Said It, Sister.  I love mixing and matching stamps from sets......gives more life to your sets!

If you are wondering where the little heart came from, well.......I did some creative surgery on the envelope stamp from String Me Along.  I wanted the little heart by itself to use on things other than the envelope.  Don't worry, it still can be used "on" the envelope as it was designed.  :)

I know I keep you informed with my weather updates here on the blog but come on SERIOUSLY......SNOW on May 2?  Yep!  That's the forecast.....it stinks and as some have lovingly tagged it.....Sprinter.  Well, I don't like it and it can go away!!!  :)

 

If you visited the Fresh Squeezed Stamps Blog yesterday, you would have seen this card but I just had to share it here too!  I've used the soda straw from the stamp set.....Soda-lighted. I've stamped it on the angle and then colored in just the tiny stripes with Copics: Y35, RV25, BG13. Next up, stamping my sentiment across the panel, trimming it down and adding in some enamel dots........all done!  I am LOVING these enamel dots lately.......anyone else?  :)

Hi everyone!  I've been down with a spring "cold" for a week now and to top it off I've had a "red" eye for a week too.  No, it's not pink eye.......went today finally (I waited so long because it was all out of pocket because of poor insurance with my job) and I have an bacterial eye infection and several other issues!  Ughhh.  So now I get to do eye drops every 2 hours for 2 days!!!  Wish me luck  :)

 

Today I'm sharing a super trendy triangle card that was shared yesterday over on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog.  I love the look of this new trend......this stamp set has so many possibilities!!!  I also paired this set up with some fun and unique colors......Ocean Tides, Berry Sorbet (PTI) and Pear Tart (Memento).  Add in a fun sentiment and some enamel dots and you're set!!

Hey hey!  It's Sunday and we're back for another post!  Today I'm sharing this card over on the Timeless Twine blog using some of the best twine.......Bubble Gum Pink Twine by Bella Creationz!

 

Using a new Fresh Squeezed Stamps stamp set, String me Along, I stamped the baby onesie in pink and trimmed.  I stamped the "clothesline" stamp that comes with this set in a light color and then used Glossy Accents as my adhesive to lay my twine clothesline down.

Fresh Squeezed Stamps Release: String me Along

 

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the Fresh Squeezed Stamps April Release!!

 

Today we are spotlighting a trendy new set called:  String me Along.  So many fun cute and trendy images in this set. 

 

Not sure how many times I wished I would have had a card in my stash like this one!  I've stamped the little envelope stamp in a random pattern, adding a strip of pattern paper to left side, and then adhere your stamped panel with foam adhesive.  Love how this type of layout looks! 

 

**a side note--the envelope stamp and heart is one stamp......I got creative with my craft knife!**

Spring=Sunshine!

 

It's Spring..........or it's supposed to be!  My kids want it so bad, I want the warm temps, the sunshine, the baseball games.  I'm afraid our first baseball game next Tuesday will be chilly and we'll all be bundled up with winter coats and blankets!  At this point, I'll just take some blue skies!!!  That being said, I do think we'll see warmer temps for Easter!  :)

 

Sharing a card that I made for the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog yesterday because we all need a little sunshine right now!  Bring on Spring!

 

 I used Weather Through to stamp my rays and added a fun speech bubble to share my sentiment!  I thought it needed a little something more so I added a few iridescent sequins!  Here in the close-up you can see I wrapped some Cape Code Timeless Twine in the background.

I don't know why or when but I've come to really really like "chevrons".......they are so trendy and fun!  You may have seen this card over on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog yesterday but I just had to share it here as well!

 

I've used the small arrow from Trendy Triangles to make my own chevrons! 

I stamped them in the pattern I wanted using Wplus9's White ink and it's ok if they don't stamp perfectly....gives them character!  The sentiment is from You Said It, Sister......LOVE these sentiments!!!

 

Adding in some flat backed sequins........just look what they added to the card!  You can find these awesome sequins over at the Neat & Tangled store HERE.....Danielle has LOTS of colors to choose from!
