Pinkfresh Studio / Guest Designer

Hello!  I'm so excited to be here as a Guest Designer for Pinkfresh Studio and to share some of the newest release with you.

I couldn't let this release go by without this beautiful Modern Mandala Die.  There are so many ways to use this die!  I have two ways to use this die to share!

I began with a panel made with alcohol inks in Watermelon and Sunshine.  From this panel, I die cut the Modern Mandala Die leaving all the pieces intact.  To make this more sturdy, I added a die cut circle of cardstock to the back.  With the leftover panel, I die cut leaves and the word 'hello' using the Hello with Botancials Die Set.  After arranging and adding these elements to a white notecard, I finished off with some silver gems.

My second card uses the Modern Mandala Die by impressing the image into my white notecard.  This is done by using an embossing mat in your die cutting machine.

To keep this CAS, I simply die cut the word 'hello' from rainbow colors of cardstock.  To line up my word 'hello' evenly, I used a cardstock template I cut and will keep with my set for future use in placement of the letters.  Each of my letters were added with foam adhesive.

I am a huge fan of Susan Driscoll so it's no surprise that I fell in love with her designs here at Pinkfresh Studio!  Fruitastic is a fantastic set with lots of mixing and matching that can be done for one layer stamping along with dies to cut out the fruit and matching stems.

To stay true to my style, I created a CAS card utilizing lots of white space.  A simple piece of black and white Washi tape grounds my fruit images as well as give a place to stamp the sentiment.  The fruit images were stamped in dye inks with a Misti stamping tool using a rock 'n roll technique.  Once dry and die cut, I added accents with a white gel pen and coarse chunky glitter to the sides of my fruit.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
