Lil' Inker Designs Release: Day 3

Amy_SuperKids

Welcome to Day 3 of the Lil' Inker Designs September Release!  This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps for this fall season.......are you ready?  You should have arrived from Lisa Henke's blog.   Guess what??  The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!

Today, I have a few more cards to share......one using more Halloween goodies and one using a favorite set from this release........Super Kids Stamp Set and matching dies!  This Super Kids Stamp Set is a perfect set for those kiddos in your life or anyone because, really......how cute are they???

I started by creating a little Super Kid scene with the Super Girl and paper pieced her dress using paper from the new Super Kids Paper.  Otherwise, the rest of her features and the flowers were colored with Copics and set aside.  The clouds and trees were stamped with pigment inks (some new Fresh Ink colors!) and die cut out.  To create my scene, I've used the Stitched Mats: Rectangles with the graph paper from Super Kids Paper and added a die cut hill using the Border Builder Die Set.  My scene was assembled and added with foam adhesive to my card that was covered with the paper I used for paper piecing her dress!  Too cute!

Next up is one more Halloween card!  I've used the new Spider Web Greeting Die along with the new Wonky Rectangles Dies.  I started with my spooky background (green) which was done with lots of blending of Distress Inks.  I overlayed a Wonky Rectangle done with polka dot vellum.  The Spider Web Greeting Die was die cut out with the words done in gold glitter cardstock.  As a last touch, I added some gold sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Now for the fun part!  There is a $15 gift certificate up for grabs for one lucky person who comments along the way!  One winner is chosen for each day!!

What great cards ! I love how the background paper is repeated in the dress and compliment the trees, the smiling flowers, and the patterned clouds! The spider web looks cool on the wonky rectangle and the sparkly spider hanging off the gold cord complimenting the gold sentiment!

Adorable superhero card - I love the paper piecing you did on the focal image and how it complements the card base. The polka dotted vellum paper on your second card is a great background for the spider web and spider.
