Today we share some adorable critter sets........Oceans of Love and Hummingbird.

Using a new Confetti Cut, Circle of Waves, the die was cut out of different shades of blue and greens.  This circle was adhered to a panel die cut using the Stitched Rays Cover Panel Confetti Cuts.  All the ocean life were Copic colored, die cut, and added with various heights of foam adhesive.  A few clear droplets were added to enhance the water theme.  The sentiment was white heat embossed onto a black sentiment strip.

Next up, are the Hummingbirds!  The background was created with the new Peekaboo Cover Panel that was ink blended with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink.  

The hummingbirds were Copic colored, die cut, and added with foam adhesive for dimension.  A white heat embossed black sentiment strip was added with foam adhesive along with some clear gems.

Avery Elle / Island Time

Hello!  Here with some "Island Time". 
Sure wish this was on my agenda this year!!!

Palm trees and sandy beaches.  Some of my favorite things!  The images from Island Time were Copic colored and die cut.  The background was done by ink blending a sky with Broken China Distress Ink and adding in a frame using one of my favorites, Oval Burst Elle-ments.  To finish the scene, some of the pierced clouds from Cloud Mat Elle-ments were added.

Ink to Paper / Papertrey Ink / The Great Cover Up

I am up over on the Ink to Paper / Papertrey Ink blog with 'The Great Cover Up' challenge this week.  There is a $25 gift certificate available to one random participant!

I thought it would be fun to get back to my roots with direct stamping to paper using pigment inks specifically Distress Oxide inks from Ranger.  I often forget that these inks are amazing to stamp solid images.  The Sidewalk Chalk Flowers from Ink to Paper are so fun!

Today I am featuring the new set called Bloom.  

 The large spray from Bloom was white heat embossed onto Bristol Smooth Watercolor paper and colored in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.  Since this is a large floral spray, I decided to use the spray but cutting it in half and using each section on one panel but coming off the sides.  The panel was lightly distressed with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink and added to an Along the Dotted Lines Cover Panel.  The dotted lines in the background give just enough texture!  A die cut 'hello', from Thanks & Hello Word Duos Confetti Cuts, was ink blended and added along with some white gems.

Tropical Leaves has five large leaf images.  I decided to watercolor the Monstera leaf using Peeled Paint and Mowed Lawn Distress Inks.  I added them to a center grouping onto a white notecard.  A sentiment panel, stamped with a sentiment from Lovely Day Sentiments, was matted with a layer of black cardstock and added to the center of the leaves with foam adhesive.  A trio of gold pearls were added to finish.

Waves of Love is a darling mini set with coordinating Waves of Love SugarCut.

The background was done by ink blending Salvaged Patina Distress Ink onto a light blue panel.  To create the waves, the die from Nautical Notions. was die cut into the cardstock.  This gives perfect places for the fish to "jump" out of the water.  Images were added with foam adhesive and a sentiment was stamped from Waves of Love.  To finish, a few dewdrops were added and a spritz of shimmer spray.
