Avery Elle / Layered Hydrangea

Hello!
Amy here with an occasion card that no one likes to make.....Sympathy.

Using the Layered Hydrangea stamps, the hydrangeas were stamped in some traditional colors.  They were layered over a coordinating ink blended background and a Starburst Oval Elle-ments.  

Layered stamps are some of my favorites to work with.  These are so easy to line up.  I stamped multiples at a time in layers and then die cut.  I had lots of colors to choose from to create my card!

Avery Elle / Biggest Fan

Hello!

I am here with a fun card using the set called Biggest Fan from Avery Elle.

Biggest Fan features this adorable zebra that is jumping for joy.  This set comes with several encouraging sentiments for many types of cards.  I went with pink to cheer on a special friend!

Using the Starburst Oval Elle-ments, a frame was die cut from hot pink cardstock.  A light Broken China Distress Ink blended background was added in behind the frame along with a few ink splatters.  The Copic colored zebra was added along with the cute supporting stamps like the pennant and #1 fan hand!

Avery Elle / Orange you Sweet

Hello!

I am here with a card type that I always enjoy making......punny cards.  Orange you Sweet is a mini set that can be used several ways!

Using the Scalloped Burst Die die cut from white cardstock, the frame was added to a white notecard.  Several oranges were stamped and Copic colored with YR02/YR04 and YG05/YG07.  These oranges were die cut and tucked into the foam adhered frame.  The sentiment was stamped into the layout with black ink.  The oranges were finished off with the flowers and some stamped dots.  Super simple but I love how it turned out!

Avery Elle / Peek-A-Boo Window

Hello!

I am here today with a fun Peek-A-Boo Window card!  I love this set as it reminds me of my sweet dog and cat sitting at the window looking out!

I created the background by ink blending some Broken China Distress Ink onto a top folding card.  I added a die cut Starburst Oval Elle-ments in red.  The window once die cut out fits perfectly where the oval was!  By adding in two sentiment banners from Shout it Out, the rest of the oval was covered!  A fun sky full of stars and bursts like a real celebration!  To finish, I added in my sweet dog and cat!

My first card uses the new Sweet Daisy Die along with an older stencil Duo-tone Squares Stencil as the background.  The daisies were die cut in white and ink blended with some Copic details.  A hot foiled sentiment from Hey There Foil Plate was added in gold foil along with some muted gold pearls.

My second card uses the new Sketched Hawthorn stencil and die.  There is also a stamp set and coordinating hot foil plate as well!  

I used the hot foil plate as an impression plate to give the background some dimension.  My card was rounded using the new Nesting Rounded Rectangles Die set.  A heat embossed gold sentiment strip was added with foam adhesive along with some gold pearls to finish the card!

Avery Elle / Summer Release 2023 / Blog Hop

Welcome to the Summer Release Blog Hop from Avery Elle!

I am so excited for this new release!

I've used one of my favorite staples from this release......the Starburst Oval Elle-ments.  I love the stitched details!

Balloon Greetings is a mini set that is perfect for birthdays, graduations, or wishing someone luck!  Just look at how adorable this doggie is!!  I added a quick easy background of a stenciled wavy hill and some clouds.

Avery Elle / Dino-Mite Day

Hello!

Amy here today with a Dino-Mite card to share with you!  This set, Dino-Mite Day, is adorable and can be used in so many different ways and colors!  You can go with fun, whimsical or more traditional.  I did a mixture of both!  

I started with using a window stencil (with Broken China Distress Ink) from my stash so I could create mini "scenes" for my dinosaurs.  The dinosaurs were all Copic colored, die cut, and added to the mini scenes with foam adhesive.  Each one has white pigment pen details.  The last detail was a mini sentiment strip added to one of the scenes with foam adhesive.
