Welcome to the Party in the USA Release from Taylored Expressions!

We have a wonderful release to celebrate all the red/white/blue and America's birthday/anniversary this year--250 years!

There are some amazing new products along with a die from the Archives---On the Road Wagon!

One of the new releases is the "You've Got Mail" die set that I can not wait to use for other occasions but this release is all about America so red/white/blue it is!

I created a mini slim card using the Mini Slim Wavy Stripe Cutting Plate Die with Cherry Pop and Blueberry Cardstocks.  The cute mini letters are using the new Postmarked--Americana.  I added some glitter glue to the starts on the envelopes.  Sentiment is from a new set called Star Spangled Sentiments.

Next up is a card using a die from The Archived Collection - On the Road Wagon.

The background for my wagon is the new Stars & Stripes 6x6 Embossing Folder.  I've used Sugar Cube ink over the raised areas for a bit of "pop"!

I added in more of the tiny envelopes from Postmarked - Americana and also used the American Flag Die Set to embellish the cute wagon!  Another cute sentiment from Star Spangled Sentiments was added along with some clay stars.

Taylored Expressions / Critter Crew Couture

The Critter Crew Couture release is all about adding extra personality, versatility, and playful charm to your crafty projects! I created a cute little shaker card using the new Instant Photo Frame Dies.  The shaker element was added to a panel of Sugar Cube Cardstock that was embossed with the Cloud 9, 3D Embossing Folder.  I used the sweet little hedgehog and turtle from the Critter Crew.

Taylored Expressions / For Him

Welcome!

It's time to start celebrating the guys and dads with the latest Taylored Expressions release!

The For Him release themes include: golf, grilling, and beer!

I've used the new Apron Strings die along with Hott of the Grill dies.  My apron was diecut using Blueberry Cardstock and stamped with the Linen background in Sugar Cube Ink.  I added some utensils and some iridescent stars.  The apron was added over a clear heat embossed Grill and Chill Background.  A simple sentiment using a Grill Master stamp.

My second card is using the Hoppy Hour stamps and dies.  My Hoppy Hour icons were done using the stencils and Honey, Mango, and Pineapple Inks.  Each was arranged over a circle on the card front.  The Tweed Background was done using Sugar Cube ink.  Cheers to you!!

Taylored Expressions / Let's Jam Cardmaking Kit

Look how adorable these jars are!!!

The kit comes with stencils and stamp to make your own jars of yumminess.  The colors here are Huckleberry, Lollipop and Blueberry.  I added some fun toppers to the jars with the Gingham and Polka Chic Backgrounds.

Next up---this card using some other dies available with this release....the toast, plate, and knife dies.  I've added my toast and jam to my "table" that was made using the Woodgrain background stamp.  The embossed background uses the Mini Meadow Embossing Folder (a favorite!).

My first card uses the new Frond Embrace Die for a 5x7 card.  Using Honeydew Cardstock, the die was cut twice and lightly inked for a darker shade at the base using Honeydew Ink with a heavy handed blender brush.  These panels were added to the top and bottom of the notecard layered with Honeydew Cardstock.  A central border was added using Decorative Borders.  To frame the sentiment from Together in Type, a frame was done using A2 Thin Frame Cutting Plate using 2 layers of the frame.  To tie in with the gold foiled sentiment, a few Gold Drip Drops.

My second card focuses on our beloved pets and sending love for a lost pet.

A simple, yet impactful card using the Mini Meadow Embossing Folder.  The background was layered with the Pawprints on Your Heart dies that a rainbow of colors were layered behind.  Sentiment from the new set, Faithful Friend.
