Avery Elle / You Bake Me So Happy

Hello!
I am here with a sweet card made with the adorable You Bake Me So Happy from Avery Elle.

****Shop Avery Elle HERE****

I started the card with a light ink blended panel using only the ink left on my red blender brush for this soft pink color.  The waving row of hearts was stamped in red ink over the pink blended area.  This panel was layered behind a white panel that was die cut using a standard circle.  The sweet images, the fox and bear, were Copic colored and added to the panel with foam adhesive.  The sentiments were white heat embossed onto black cardstock strips.  This panel was adhered to a notecard layered with red cardstock that was die cut using the Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments.

Avery Elle / So Tweet

Hello!
I am stopping in today with a "tweet" card!

So Tweet2

So Tweet is a mini set that has so many possibilities!  After some quick Copic coloring, these cute birds were die cut using the coordinating So Tweet Elle-ments.  The XOXO Elle-ments (retired) works well if you have this in your stash as little "peek-a-boo" places for the birds to stick out of!  Look through your collection and see what large word dies would work for this technique!  I chose a few colors of cardstock that were a bit non-traditional when it comes to Valentine's Day.  I added a supporting sentiment from Love Tags which was white heat embossed onto black cardstock.  To bring some sparkle to this, I added a few white gems.

Spellbinders / January Large Die of the Month

Hello!
If you love Spellbinders and their floral dies then you NEED this month's Large Die of the Month (DOM)!

Amy Kolling-DOML JAN23-2

I've also used the Embossing Folder of the Month (EOM) that is this beautiful scrolled background!!  I embossed a panel and only used a portion of it at the bottom of the card.  The floral panel was added with foam adhesive.  The sentiment was done in gold foiled paper and is from the Die of the Month (DOM).

I just love how all the released products work so well together!!!  Mix and match for endless possibilities!

Avery Elle / Banner Celebrations

Hello!
I am here kicking off the new year with a fun card using Banner Celebrations from Avery Elle!

Banner Celebrations Bear2

I love this sentiment font and choice in this set!  Coloring these donuts was a breeze with some bright pink Copics and I love how they pop off the black background!  The bear and banners were added with foam adhesive.  I assembled the card using Easy Layers 1 Elle-ments for that stitching detail.

Avery Elle / Bold Thanks

Hello!
I'm here with a super clean and simple card using the Bold Thanks Elle-ments from the current release.

Bold Thanks2

I saw a fun gift sack from Hallmark this season that had stripes on it in these colors so I went with that as inspiration!  Be on the lookout anywhere for colors or patterns that may spark inspiration!  I used scraps of cardstock in 1/4" strips and adhered them to a white cardstock panel and then die cut the Bold Thanks Elle-ments.  I adhered my striped 'Thank You' off set onto a white die cut 'Thank You' just for a bit of shadow and then added the die cut back into the striped panel on the white notecard.  This gives such a fun look!

Bold Thanks

Pinkfresh Studio December 2022 Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release

Floral Border__AmyKolling2 (1)

Welcome!
It's time for the December Pinkfresh Studio release of stamps, dies, stencils, and hot foil products!  I am so glad to join this group for this release.  There are gorgeous florals that just make me want to move to warmer weather all year round!

For all release information please start from the Pinkfresh Studio Blog.

The Floral Border Collection includes stamps, stencils, dies, and a hot foil plate.

I've added satin metallic gold foil to the Floral Border Foil Plate for a muted look.  The florals were stenciled with Pinkfresh Studio Inks in shades of pinks, yellows, and greens.  This border was die cut three times, layered for dimension, and added to a notecard.  Keeping this simple, I've added a foiled sentiment from Modern Script Sentiments.  I wanted to add some bling to this but I just couldn't and take away from their beauty.

My next cards are a duo made with one stenciled panel using Mixed Blooms.  Get creative and use all the parts of a panel you've stenciled!

These cards use a new die/hot foil set called Nested Rectangles.  I hot foiled 2 frames and die cut using the coordinating dies.  The stenciled panel was inked up using Pinkfresh Studio Inks and then a rectangle was die cut from the center of the panel.  This panel was then used for card #2.  Both cards use hot foiled sentiments from Brushed Sentiments.  Each card was embellished with Gold Glitter Drops.

Avery Elle / So Fetching

Hello!
I'm here with a quick, clean and simple technique using the set So Fetching from Avery Elle.

So Fetching2

A small stamp set doesn't have to be limiting.  Use those tiny stamps that are included in the set as a background!  The panel was started by scoring every 1/2" down.  This comes in handy when designing the space around your image.  Here I've used the tiny heart stamps to fill in the "sky" above the pup from So Fetching coloring them in with R14, R24, and R29 Copic markers.

So Fetching3

Another tip is to look to other sets for sentiments that may "change up" the smaller set.  For instance here.....the sentiments that are included with So Fetching are small so I looked to the Banner Celebrations set for a sentiment that was larger that would coordinate.  I've white heat embossed the sentiment onto a strip of red cardstock and added the pup from So Fetching with foam adhesive.
