Reverse Confetti / Hi. Hey. Hello.

Hello!
I have a tropical card using one of the newest stamp sets Tropical Leaves from Reverse Confetti.

When I saw this set, I knew I had the idea to watercolor these leaves.  After black heat embossing onto Bristol Smooth Watercolor Paper, the leaves were colored with metallic watercolors and die cut.  The leaves were adhered to a Midnight panel of cardstock making these leaves just pop.

Have a great day
For a sentiment, the two sentiment strips were white heat embossed onto vellum using sentiments from This Says It All.  These sentiment strips were adhered to the frame of the Stitched Note and Frames Confetti Cuts.  The frame was adhered using foam adhesive so that the sentiment strips "float".  A few black gems were added for some subtle sparkle.

Have a great day2

Avery Elle / Life

Hello!  I have a card to share with an adorable small set called Life

***Shop my affiliate link for Avery Elle****

Life

I don't always have these types of cards ready when the time hits but this set is perfect for a "smaller" card size.  This card measures 3 1/2" x 5 7/8".  I created the scene details using the Slimline Borders Elle-ments.  I have used these a TON for creating my scenes!  Don't overlook a great scene-building set of dies!  All images from Life were Copic colored, die cut, and added with foam adhesive.

SugarPea Designs / Life is better with Friends

Hello! I have a RAINBOW card to share since I haven't made one in a while! ☻

Friends2

I love the Laurel Leaves Stencil. Using a rainbow of dye inks, the inks were ink blended over the stencil on a white panel. To keep the edges neat and trim with just a bit of detail, the panel was die cut using the Stitched Rectangles SugarCut twice with the inside panel added back in with foam adhesive for a different look. The Friends Word SugarCut along with a supporting sentiment from Friendship Sentiments and a few clear droplets to finish!

My first card uses a beautiful floral set illustrated by Emily Midgett called Just a Hello Floral.
This is a stamp, stencil, and die set.

While I had these stencils out I created several panels.  The one I'm sharing today features soft aquas and oranges.  I created the background by lightly ink blending the Diamond Plaid Stencil with Ocean Breeze Ink from Pinkfresh Studio.  I added in a white frame using the Stitched Scallop Rectangles.

Just a Hello

The florals were gold embossed to share all the line details after they were ink blended with Pinkfresh Studio Inks.  These florals were added on either side at the seam of the Stitched Scallop Rectangle frame.  A single sentiment was gold embossed and a few gold pearls were added.

Just a Hello2

Sweet Friend

This second card uses a set called Sweet Friend Floral.  This is a stamp, stencil, die and hot foil collection.

My die cut backgrounds were created using the Mini Slimline Essential Bundle.  An ink blended background was done using Lemon Whip Ink and the Horizontal Stripes Stencil.  The florals were all ink blended using Pinkfresh Inks and then hot foiled using Gold Hot Foil from Spellbinders.  The sentiment was also done using hot foil with the Perfect Sentiments Hot Foil Plate.  A few gold pearls were added to finish the card.  What's better than an handmade card but an envelope too!  I used the Mini Slimline Envelope Die to create a matching envelope!

Reverse Confetti / Hello Sunshine

Amy_HelloSunshine2

I am here today with a bright, happy card featuring the new Circle Element Confetti Cuts from Reverse Confetti.

Sunshine is one of my favorite things.  The Circle Element Confetti Cuts is perfect to create a large "sun" as a focal point.  Fossilized Amber Distress Ink was blended onto a white notecard.  Once the Circle Element was die cut from a trimmed, white panel of cardstock, black ink was splattered across the panel.  This panel was added to the Distress Ink blended card and a standard circle die cut was ink blended with the same Fossilized Amber Distress Ink and stamped with a sentiment from, Lovely Day Sentiments.  As a final touch, small gems were added around the rays of the sun.

I am featuring the Large Die of the Month which features a mini slim line!  The Mini Slimline Envelope & Nested Card Creator is a beautifully designed layering set of dies.  The possibilities are endless for colors and layers!

JulyBlogHop1 (2)

While I LOVE stamping, this set is fully functional on it's own to create layered mini slim cards.  The addition of the bloom dies further enhance this set!  I worked with corals and greys for my color palette.  Every detail in these dies has been thought of!

This set even includes dies to create your own dimensional envelope!!  I love to mail cards but sometimes I hand deliver and this will be perfect for those bulkier cards like this one with lots of layers!
