Reverse Confetti / Countdown to Confetti Day 3

Bold Blooms

Hello!
Welcome to Day 2 of the July summer release from Reverse Confetti!  We welcome 7 new stamp sets, 10 new Confetti Cuts, and the Sun & Sea 6x6 Paper Pad!

Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for a list full of inspiration and information on all the new goodies!!

For today's card, I used one of the pattern papers from the Sun and Sea 6x6 Paper Pad as inspiration for the colors of my blooms.

The new Bold Blooms is an amazing laying floral set.  I went bold with black accents.  My bloom ink colors from Reverse Confetti are:  Buttercup, Bellini, and Coral.  For the leaves, I went neutral using Stormy and Stone Reverse Confetti inks.  I layered the blooms onto a white panel cut at an angle and stamped a sentiment from Sentimental Sayings.  The whole arrangement panel was layered over the striped paper from Sun & Sea.

Paper Smooches / July Release Blog Hop

You Rock2

Hello!
I am excited to share a sampling of the NEW Paper Smooches JULY 2019 release with you!  THREE new stamp sets, THREE new dies and TWO NEW stencils will be available to purchase at 10:00 AM Central time zone on July 7th.  Once they go live, you will find the new products here: www.papersmoochesstamps.com.

Paper Smooches

I've used the new Star stencil to create my background using lots of coordinating Distress Inks and blending brushes.  With a little bit of masking, creating this background was simple!  You could easily make this a feminine card by switching out the colors of ink.  For the sentiment, I blended some Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink over a panel of white cardstock and then die cut the You Rock Die.  The die was die cut 3 more times out of white and they were all layered for dimension.

My second card, I went clean and simple.
Using the Health Dies, I die cut the band aid pieces out of turquoise cardstock and then layered 3 red hearts on top for dimension.  I stamped the sentiment from Inhale Exhale in bold black ink.

After measuring out the sentiment and the band aid, I scored an area with my Scor-Pal and between two of the lines, I used my paper piercer.  You remember this tool?
It was fun to use again!

Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for a list full of inspiration and information on all the new goodies!!

I started my card by ink blending Broken China Distress Ink over the new Bubbles Confetti Cuts.  I added the new Pool Confetti Cuts for my fun Unicorn pool floatie which just HAD to be colored in rainbow colors!  I added a fun rainbow pool bag and umbrella.  I added a die cut sun from the Over the Rainbow Confetti Cuts.  (all images colored with Copics)  I kept this simple and stamped my sentiment directly on my card.  (I know, I was taking a risk! haha)  To finish, I added white dots with my pigment pen.

Lemonade Stand

My second card uses one of the CUTEST new sets this month......Lemonade Stand.  It features this adorable zebra and a lion.

I used the Striped Frame Cover Panel (from a previous release) in Buttercup Cardstock.  I ink blended Shabby Shutters for the grass and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink for the sky.  All my images were Copic colored and added to my scene with foam adhesive for dimension.  I stamped my sentiment directly onto my card like my first card above......risky, but I'm 2/2!

Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for a list full of inspiration and information on all the new goodies!!

Today's sets work so well together.......Happy Mail and Butterfly Blossoms.

My first card uses Butterfly Blossoms.  I stamped, Copic colored, and die cut the butterfly and the floral add-on.  My image was layered onto a Stitched Squares Confetti Cuts.  I stamped the sentiment at the bottom.  The square panel was layered over an orange polka dot strip of paper (from Darling Dots) and a tiny strip of black cardstock.  As finishing touches, I added white dots using a pigment pen.

My second card uses Happy Mail.  This is a beautiful floral set that can be used for decorating envelopes for sending Happy Mail!

Happy Mail

I stamped one of the floral sprays, colored with Copics, and die cut using the coordinating die.  My sentiment was stamped onto a Stitched Hex Tag Confetti Cuts.  To keep this simple, the Hex Tag was layred over patter paper from the new 6x6 paper pad, Sun & Sea.

To decorate the envelope, I simply stamped the wavy lines, "deliver to", and the same floral spray with black ink.

Avery Elle / Floral Notes

Hi everyone!  I am here sharing a simple floral notecard just to say "HELLO".

Floral Notes

The floral image in Floral Notes was heat embossed with VersaFine Clair black ink and clear embossing powder.  Using some Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, the blooms were watercolored with a waterbrush.  Once done, the image was die cut using the coordinating Floral Notes Elle-ments.  My sentiment was stamped repeatedly by using my Misti for perfect alignment each time by moving my cardstock up 1/2" and stamping.

I am featuring the adorable Sloane and Slater the Sloths stamp set that is part of the Animal House Collection from Technique Tuesday for July

How cute is he?  This sloth just cracks me up.  All smiling and lazy!  After Copic coloring, my sloth was die cut using the coordinating dies.  My sentiment was stamped at the bottom of a Distress Ink blended panel of cardstock.  I added my sloth with foam adhesive to the Distress Ink panel and this panel to a layer of black cardstock.  Easy peasy!
