Fresh Squeezed Stamps Release: String me Along

 

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the Fresh Squeezed Stamps April Release!!

 

Today we are spotlighting a trendy new set called:  String me Along.  So many fun cute and trendy images in this set. 

 

Not sure how many times I wished I would have had a card in my stash like this one!  I've stamped the little envelope stamp in a random pattern, adding a strip of pattern paper to left side, and then adhere your stamped panel with foam adhesive.  Love how this type of layout looks! 

 

**a side note--the envelope stamp and heart is one stamp......I got creative with my craft knife!**

 I was recently sent this gorgeous Glitz {Hello Friend} 6x6 paper pad by a dear friend.  I LOVE it Jen.....thank you!!!  So here I paired this paper with flowers and a sentiment from the stamp set Lean on Me.  I wanted the flowers to stand out so I've used some big pearl brads that I've had in my stash for a while.  I love when I can use some of my "older" stash!

Lil' Inker Designs {April Release--Day 3}

 

Welcome back to Day 3 of the Lil' Inker Designs April Release!!! You should have arrived from Alyssa's blog! If not, you should start back over at the Lil' Inker Designs blog to get started!

What do you all think so far? 

 

Today is the final day of inspiration using the newest goodies from Lil' Inker Designs!  I chose to make a simple thank you card using one of the stamps from Mom and Dad Sentiments.  I was able to stamp the "Thank You" inside the Stitched Mats: Rectangles!  Love this!  Adding in some small corner scoring finishes this off!

Today we are showing a die that EVERYONE needs-----a Lil' Inker Designs Stitched Scallop Border Die! 

This is not your ordinary scallop border die......it has the signature Lil' Inker Designs perforations!   

 

 

For my card today, I paired my Stitched Scallop Border Die up with the Mom Die.  When I think of scallops, I think more of a feminine card.  So here I created a mat for my Stitched Mats: Rectangles using the Stitched Scallop Border Die!

Lil' Inker Designs {April Release-Day 1}

 

Hi everyone! It's time for the Lil' Inker Designs new release! We have some great new dies and a fabulous set of sentiments for you!! You should have arrived here from Alyssa's blog. 

 

 

Today we are sharing new goodies in the form of dies for Mom and Dad!  Oh these are the BOMB!  You know what??  They are already available in the store HERE!!!   

 

Both of my cards are very simple but I think show off the die perfectly and I'm just pretty happy that I have 2 "Dad" cards ready to go whether it's for birthday or Father's Day.......leaving it just 'Dad' means you can use it for any occasion!  Using this fabulous woodgrain cardstock, I've die cut ' Dad' out of shimmer brown woodgrain cardstock and then  used the negative layered over white woodgrain cardstock.  This is perfect for my Dad who has designed cabinetry and built beautiful kitchen cabinets his whole career!

 

 My second card uses the die cut word 'Dad' layered over some fun burlap ribbon I found out shopping......perfect for those guy cards!
