I'm sharing a card using the new Dance in the Rain stamp set and Cut it Out Clouds and Accessories.
I started out by heat embossing my sentiment onto watercolor paper with white embossing powder. Next, I ran the stamped panel through my die cut machine with the "rain" die........the trick I found was to run it through with very little thickness and the die "outline" did not show! Next I had fun and watercolored over this panel and trimmed. I absolutely love these cloud dies featuring the new pattern! The last detail was adding in some 4mm/6mm sequins.
