Welcome to the Avery Elle Spring Release Blog Hop! You are going to just LOVE this release. There are so many new sets with coordinating dies and some must have stand alone dies too! Let's get started with this!
I am using the beautiful floral spray called Mother's Day. This stamp also has a coordinating die but I chose to gold heat emboss the image and watercolor using my Zig Clean Color Brush Markers. Heat embossing just makes this technique a breeze!
Now, let's talk about those borders at the bottom of my focal panel. I created these using the new Scalloped Pierced Rectangle Dies. They actually cut a pierced scallop frame but I just wanted some borders so I just used the largest frame to cut out stripes of cardstock in colors that matched my watercoloring. I adhered them to the bottom of my focal panel and added this panel with foam adhesive for dimension.
