The last of the sketches........

So, I had challenged myself to use all of the Viva la Verve sketches this month.  There were 5.  Here is the last one and last day to submit them to SCS.  I especially liked this sketch with all it's layers!



I have to say that these Verve sketches are very addicting!  You will be seeing me use more of them for sure!  Here I've used the newest set from Verve:  Making a Statement.  My friend, Jen, and I fell in love with this set.  I love the sentiments, the flowers, the birdies, the coordinating dies!  My color scheme is loosely based from this week's Color Throwdown #157.

    This is gorgeous! I love all the layers and that paper is gorgeous!! Love how adding the stitching makes it look quilted! LOVE the paper pieced bird and that wonderful sentiment too!!

    Oh my...I love, love, love this paper! We used the same set for this sketch :) I love the pins too...guess what! Two weeks from today we get to meet! So fun!
