I am up on the Reverse Confetti blog sharing a card that is perfect for the season of LOVE or really any time!
I've used the new Outlined Frame Cover Panel done in Midnight cardstock. I took this a step further and die cut a standard rectangle from the center. Once the frame was adhered to a notecard, the center was ink blended with Broken China Distress Ink.
Love is in the Air has several adorable critters. The puppy was Copic colored in neutral hues of grey. The image was adhered above a Salsa die cut Big Love Confetti Cuts. To finish, a few die cut clouds (from Cloudy Day Cover Panel) and flat sequins were added.
