Avery Elle / All My Kisses

The season of LOVE is right around the corner and I'm sure anyone would agree we need more of this around!!
I am sharing inspiration using All My Kisses from Avery Elle.

This is a mini set featuring an adorable little dog.  The card starts with a white note card where the edges were masked off and Broken China Distress Ink was blended.  Using the Cloud Mat Elle-ments, the frame was added and the clouds with foam adhesive.

The sentiment was stamped in between some of the clouds.  The dog was Copic colored, die cut, and added with foam adhesive.  I thought it would be fun to incorporate the balloon from the Frenchie stamp set to "tie" around his tail!

Ink to Paper / XO

Amy_WreathFavorBoxSentiments2

Did you catch the latest Ink to Paper release?
There is a fabulous new set that coordinates with a new favor box die.

To start, I created my own polka dot pattern on the blue card stock.  Using a random circle stamp from an older Papertrey Ink set, I stamped the circle over and over using Versamark ink.

After creating for the holidays for months, I wanted to use some fresh colors!  So I went with blues and yellows for the blooms on the florals.  I added the florals to a wreath stamped in grey ink.  I love the neutral look.  To keep this simple, I added a die cut sentiment using the XO Heart Frames Die.

Reverse Confetti / A Warm Hello

A warm hello from me to YOU!
I am sharing a card that can be sent out any time during this winter season.  Snowmen are always welcome!

The striped panel was done using those scraps of Reverse Confetti cardstocks:  Rose, Piggy Bank, Salsa, Flamingo, Lime Green, Avocado, and Iced Aqua.  With those scraps, random widths and lengths were trimmed and adhered to a piece of typing paper.  Once done, the panel was trimmed to the size for the note card, keeping this clean and simple.

The trees from Bearing Gifts were added NON-colored to break up the color from the striped panel.  The cutie snowman (colored with Copics) from Cool Friends was added with foam adhesive over the sentiment strip from Cool Friend

Thanks for sharing a part of your day!!!

Ink to Paper / So much love

Amy_Branches of Love2

Did you all catch the latest Ink to Paper release?  It's all about LOVE and I'm in LOVE!
There are so many great sets centered around love but the set I'm featuring can be used all year round.

I started by die cutting the Border Bling: Believe in white cardstock.  The center of this has a pierced detail and I like to highlight this by masking this section off and ink blending.  This serves as a perfect place to center your focal point and sentiment.

All the pieces of the Branches of Love were stamped and die cut.  It was fun to arrange this and I decided on a landscape oriented card.  The sentiment was selectively stamped to fit in the space around my vase and branches.  Aren't those danging hearts so fun?  The details you see on them happen when you die cut them!  I added some glitter to half of the small hearts for fun!

SugarPea Designs / Mix It Up Challenge 74

SPD74

I have a card made for the current Mix It Up Challenge over at SugarPea Designs
Make sure to check out the challenge photo and/or sketch for this month.

I've used the adorable Gnome for Christmas and coordinating SugarCut.  I gave my gnome a red/white striped hat using R29 Copic.  The trees were colored with highlights and some "snow" was drawn.  The background was done by blending white pigment ink over the Falling Snow Stencil.  The snow banks were made out of the curve die from the Card Front Element Builder and some Prisma Glitter.

This year has brought on so many emotions and feelings of when will this end.  So it seems fitting to share this first card with you that I made for the December Ink to Paper release.

This features the Life Me Up stamp set and coordinating dies.  A simple and adorable set.  I created some soothing pink clouds for my images.  The images were Copic colored, die cut, and added to the note card with foam adhesive.  Here's the sentiment that brings my feeling of this year into light........
"sometimes life seems upside down".

Avery Elle / Winter Release Blog Hop

Sending Hugs

It's finally time for the adorable Winter Release from Avery Elle!
It's been so hard sitting on this release until today!  Join the blog hop below for lots of inspiration sharing the newest products.

Would you look at this sweet envelope image with these florals??  But what's better are the four little animals that you can hang out of the envelope!  It's called Sending Hugs.

This image is so easy to color and once it's die cut......your card is practically made.  I've paired the image with the Wonky Scallop Frame Elle-ments done in a bright red cardstock.  It's the perfect sweet frame for the image!  The bottom part of the envelope was stamped again, die cut, and added with foam adhesive for dimension over a pattern panel (pattern paper from The Holiday Collection Paper Pad) that was slightly smaller than the opening in the frame.  For a few other details, I added in the tiny lady bug and butterfly images from Frenchie.

Reverse Confetti / December Blog Hop

Peace on Earth2

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti DECEMBER Blog Hop!

Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for all the details of this hop and for a full list of inspiration and information.

Oh I had so much fun stamping this card out!  I saw a similar pattern on some gift wrap a few weeks ago and just couldn't let it go!  So I shopped my own stash to recreate it!!

Looking through all the Dawn Machell sets I have, I found three sets that have some "funky" trees.  (See the product photos below for the sets I used).  In no time, I had stamped a whole panel of trees!  To give it some accents, the triple berry image from Peace Tree (Gift w/ Purchase) was stamped as well in bold black ink.  Keeping it simple, the sentiment (from The Best Gift of All) was white heat embossed onto a black square of cardstock.  The sentiment was added center stage with foam adhesive and a few clear confetti.

I have a few cards to show off this kit!

This first one, is my favorite.  Clean and simple!  I started with some Broken China Distress Ink blended across the upper portion of a white notecard.  I added a double layer of the HOPE die over the blended area.  I inlaid some Mustard Seed Distress Ink blended pieces to the sun.  For a sentiment, it was white heat embossed onto a strip of black cardstock.

SUNSHINE

My second card uses the fabulous large "ray" image stamp from the kit.  I stamped it once and then rotated my paper.  Because they don't exactly match up, I added an ink blended circle die using the Infinity Circles Dies from Hero Arts.  The sentiment were stamped and added to the card.

This panel was adhered with foam adhesive to a notecard that was layered with 0.25" strips of blue cardstocks at the top and the bottom.

One more simple card using the circular cutout die that's included in the set!  I've ink blended pinks and blues for a start of a brand new day!
