I had to circle back around to my favorite set of the release......the Multi Step Cacti.

I started with the Background Builder and stamped my own black striped paper and added rainbow accents of color using the dotted stamp in the set.  I trimmed the panel down so that there was white space on both sides.  On one of the black stripes, the sentiment from Best Sentiments was white heat embossed.  I added some cacti stamped in hues of green with foam adhesive.
