Hello!
Welcome to the My Monthly Hero Blog Hop! Hero Arts has gone to the great outdoors!! This My Monthly Hero Kit is so full of stamps and dies to create a camping, mountain, or lake scene! I have 3 different cards to share.....let's go see them!
The main kit and add-ons are fabulous! The kit is available for a limited time only - once it's gone, it's gone. Kits begin shipping from Hero Arts on Monday, July 8th. You can now subscribe to receive the kit monthly and never miss one! The kit value is over $70......but only costs $34.99. Once this kit is gone, it's gone!
This kit includes:
6 x 8 Clear stamp set
14 Coordinating Frame Cuts
2 Fancy Dies
5 Ink cubes
4- 5.5' x 8.5" sheets of New Hero Hues Premium Cardstock
Blue Pearl Embossing Powder 0.5 oz.
*****************************************
My first card uses the main kit for a simple scene with dimension. The mountains, trees, and rocks were stamped and die cut. These were all layered on several levels over an ink blended background using Distress Inks. The sentiment and birds were stamped in black ink over the backgorund.
*****************************************
My second card uses one of the add on sets....S'mores Bonfire. What an adorable outdoor stamp set! I created a background of Distress Inks for a sunset sky. My images were all Copic colored and die cut using the coordinating dies. I hand trimmed some "hills" from the cardstock in the main kit. The images were added with foam adhesive and a sentiment was stamped in the corner with black ink.
*****************************************
My third card uses the Ice Cream Cling Background. The stamp was white heat embossed and using Distress Inks in various "sherberty" colors, the ink was blended in over the images using blending brushes. The panel was trimmed and added to a white note card.
