Hello Bluebird / October Release Showcase

 

Hello!  The much anticipated Hello Bluebird October Release is now available!  If you are wanting to create for the Fall or Winter holidays, there are so many cute stamp and die sets.  

My first card uses just one of the adorable Yeti images from Yeti or Not.  I started with a watercolor panel done with Broken China Distress Ink.  I then added some color to another watercolor panel using Dusty Concord Distress Ink.  This panel was die cut using the new Glacier Peaks Die.  I added snow caps and some glitter.  

The snow drifts were die cut using the new Hill and Dale Die glitter was added to the tops.  I stamped my sentiment and added my Copic colored Yeti.  To finish, I stamped some snowflakes in the sky using Broken China Distress Ink.

For my second card, I ink blended Broken China Distress Ink over a panel of Bristol Smooth cardstock.  I stamped some snowflakes in the same color.  I added ink in a gradient fashion to the die cut word "COOL" (I used the Charlie Alpha Die) and added it along with a stamped sentiment.

I Copic colored 3 penguins and added them to my card panel with foam adhesive.  A few drops of Nuvo Glitter Drops were added for "snow".
