Pretty Peonies 

Hello! 
 I am excited to share some of the projects I've been working on for the brand new release from SugarPea Designs!  Each day this week, we will be sharing inspiration using the new release.  With several new stamp sets and matching dies.......there's something you are sure to love!  

I hope you'll join me here over the next 5 days as I share Sweet Peeks for the all the NEW products that will be available for purchase starting this Friday, February 16th at 6PM EST in the SPD Store.


Pretty Peonies is a sophisticated stamp set that can be used for MANY occasions.....sympathy, birthday, thank you.

I chose to white heat emboss the images so I could watercolor using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.  I love the look these markers give!  The images were hand trimmed out and layered over a panel that was diecut using a panel from the new Card Front Element Builder.  This panel was spritzed with Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Gold.  To finish, I added a gold glitter Hello SugarCut Die.

    A beautiful stamp/die set and a lovely card. Watercolor on heat embosses image is my go to way of coloring flowers. It always seems to result in an amazing image. The gold is an elegant touch. Looking forward to the rest of this weeks creations.

    the gold sentiment is beautiful
    Love how there are pieces of the
    leaf from the bud that overlaps
    the flower - gives realism.

    Wow what a fabulous set of cards you have created but I am afraid if there is a critter on a card then I am drawn to them immediately. SO the otter wins the day for me, he is so cute and his fat tum is so cute. :O)
