Hello! I am so excited to help Heffy Doodle celebrate their THIRD release with this blog hop! I had the pleasure of getting to meet Lesley herself in person along with some of her Design Team at Creativation 2018. Her booth was adorable along with her cute stamps and props!
LUCKY I am! I am using the new Lucky Friends stamp set. This is an adorable set with leprechauns, a pot of gold, shamrocks, a mug of beer, and loads of cute sentiments!
I did some Copic coloring to all my images and hand trimmed them out. I arranged them over a die cut panel and used one of the panels to stamp the word "lucky". I adhered my images with foam tape over a white heat embossed sentiment and added some 4mm gold sequins.
******************************
I also played a bit with the Whatcha Sayin' stamp set. I stamped the solid speech bubble images in fun colors randomly and then added my sentiments in black. To finish, I matted with several layers of cardstock and added a few enamel dots in coordinating colors.
Prize:
A random winner will be selected for a £25 gift certificate + free shipping to the Heffy Doodle store. To be eligible, leave comments across the entire blog hop by 11:59 PM PST on 2/15/2018. Winners will be announced on the Heffy Doodle Blog.

Nice cards especially like the leprechaun one
ReplyDeleteAnother set of cards which are just so inspiring. I love how they are both so different. My favourite is The Leprechaun I would love to receive this card. I love the 2nd card too and I will be putting this stamp and die set into my basket too. Thank you so much for your great cards. I love them.
ReplyDeleteTwo really great cards, the modern one is bold and bright where as your lucky card is just the right shades of green and gold not to over power each other. Love those gold coins in his pot and how the sequins shine and reflect, beautiful card, the recipient will be lucky to receive this.
ReplyDeleteLove both of your cards Amy!
ReplyDeleteThese are both so much fun! I love that you left one of the panels in on the background and framing up the speech bubbles with blank ones is terrific, too!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute cards! I love the speech bubbles
ReplyDeleteI love both your cards, especially the cute little leprechaun!!
ReplyDeleteHi Amy, I love both designs you have made with the latest release from Heffy Doodle. But if I was to have choose my favourite I would have to say the project that has used the 'WHATCHA SAYIN' stamps. I know that this is a stamp set that I can incorporate into my cards because I use a lot of critter images and the speech bubbles are ideal for these.
ReplyDeleteI love what you have done though with the outline stamp in creating block colours of speech bubbles to create the background (I am always looking for new ways in which to create backgrounds rather than using designer series paper).
But going back to the leprechaun card design I love the colour combo you have used, did you use a checked paper or did you create this layer yourself through stamping? Either way this sets of the colour of the leprechaun and the clover. Thank you Amy I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at both your card designs using the latest Heffy Doodle releases. :O)
Awesome cards! Love your coloring on the first card with the cute leprechaun! Great color combo on your second card too!
ReplyDeleteLove the softness of your leprechaun card. Thanks for sharing.
