Hello! We are starting off Day 2 of the Lil' Inker Designs April Release! This release is FULL of amazing dies and stamps.......are you ready? You should have arrived from the Lil' Inker Designs Blog. Guess what?? The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!
Owls have always been an animal I've loved........especially in stamps. Hootie Patootie is a NEW stamp set that has coordinating Hootie Patootie dies. And that name? I can't hardly stand it! ♥
I created my scene using lots of previously released stitching dies from Lil' Inker Designs.......Stitched Mats: Squares, Stitched Mats: Circles, Speech Bubbles 2 Die Set, and Stitched Mats: Rectangles. I used the (NEW) Stitched Chevron Border Die as part of my background scenery. It added the perfect detail! My owl image was Copic colored and added with foam adhesive as well as the frame I created. This was all layered onto an aqua chevron paper from the Ombre Chevrons Paper Pad.
***************************************
My second card uses a NEW alphabet stamp set called Painted Alphabet. What makes this alphabet even better are the Painted Alphabet DIES!! I love the bold painted look these stamps and dies give! I can't wait to use these more!
I stamped and die cut my "HELLO" letters using a grey pigment ink from Fresh Ink which was chosen to compliment my bold pattern paper. TIP: to make your sentiment stand out on a bold pattern, layer your sentiment on a strip of vellum! Can you pick out a new die I've used on this card? It's the new Silly Stitched Squares. I've used both layers on my card here.
Now for the fun part! There is a HUGE giveaway for one lucky commenter......the ENTIRE release!!!
