Countdown to Confetti: Day 2

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti November Release!  We are celebrating with .....2 new stamp sets, 4 Confetti Cuts, and new Quick Card Panels this month!  Did you get a chance to visit the rest of the DT yesterday?  Wow!  Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for a list full of inspiration and more projects! 

Today we have more TAGS!  Today's tag is called Topped Off Tag and has 2 parts that you can layer over the base tag.

I veered away from the holiday stuff for a bit for this one.  I pulled out the Petals 'n Posies stamps and dies for an every day card that I can send to a friend!  I used the tag "topper" in black for a bold statement because I stamped my sentiment in black.  I layered my tag over some pattern paper and added my blooms from Petals 'n Posies.
