To celebrate the Curtain Call's third anniversary, the Celebrate challenge will run the entire month of July! The LEAD of this challenge will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!
I couldn't help but emulate the balloons in the inspiration photo! Gold dipped balloons........YES please! I pulled out the Balloon Dies from Lil' Inker Designs, watercolored, and diecut them. The fun part was gold heat embossing the bottoms. I swiped the balloon over the edge of my Versamark pad and added Zing Gold Embossing Powder. My balloons were added to a panel that was diecut using the Embossed Dots Rectangles Dies. A stamped Happy Birthday sentiment, from Send Pretty Greetings Stamps, was added to the right lower corner using my Misti for perfect placement.
