Countdown to Confetti: Day 3

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti May BIRTHDAY Release!  If you are just joining in on the fun, there AWESOME things happening this month.....5 new stamp sets, 6 Confetti Cuts, and new Quick Card Panels this month!  Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for a list full of inspiration and more projects! 


This month's release has fun new goodies!  Today the DT is sharing projects using Love and Ice Cream. 

What a fun new sentiment set that is perfect when paired with the new Confetti Cuts!!!  I started with this awesome polka dot paper from the Sunkissed  collection by Doodlebug Design and diecut a standard circle die.  I then matted that pattern layer with a smaller diecut circle.  This left a perfect place to stamp my sentiment!  For my ice cream cone, I used the squiggly "topping" die to add 2 layers of topping to my cone.  My cone was textured with an embossing folder from my stash.

    Love the way you created the negative openings for your sentiment and yet were still able to use that happy background paper!! Great way to not overwhelm the design. Love your card, one of my favorites from today's hop!
