Clearly Whimsy Stamps October Release: Day 3 and showCASe your style Challenge #1

Welcome to the ... Clearly Whimsy Stamps October release BLOG HOP!

Our DT and GDT have been sharing some amazing creations made with these new stamps and dies over the last couple of days, and today we are celebrating their release with a GRAND BLOG HOP! The hop starts today (Saturday November 1st at 8.00AM ET) and ends on Wednesday November 5th at midnight EDT.

I went with some traditional colors for my card......red, white, green.  You can not go wrong with those!  I used the new Tremendous Triangles along with the fabulous new holiday sentiment set called Christmas Greetings.

Using pigment ink, I stamped the star over my kraft card base.  For my sentiment, I white heat embossed it onto both on the kraft and a red cardstock scrap.  Now, let's talk about that stitching on the red strip.  I used the straight "stitching" only die that's included in the Stitched Border Die Trio.  I just love what the ONE detail does to that element of the card!

My tree was diecut, stamped, and embellished with heat embossed red ornaments.  Final touches were a sequin and Stickles!
