Welcome to Day 2 of the Lil' Inker Designs October Release! You should have arrived from the Lil' Inker Designs blog. But guess what?? The whole new release is now available and can be found HERE!!!
Are you ready for more snowflakes? How about some watercolor snowflakes? I started by smooshing Tumbled Glass and Broken China Distress Inks on my craft mat and spritzed with water. After diecutting the Cover Up Die: Snowflakes with Tim Holtz watercolor paper, all the pieces were left in tact and the whole panel was spritzed with water. This panel was then pressed into the color on the craft mat. What makes this so fun is you can leave some space white or add in more color! (To speed things up, I used my heat tool to dry the panel and it made popping out all the diecut pieces a cinch!)
I knew I didn't want to cover up my watercolor snowflake panel, so I decided to die cut the word "Joy" using the Joy Die with DCWV glitter paper and layered it over a vellum panel.
Now for the fun part! There is a $15 gift certificate up for grabs for one lucky commenter along the way! One lucky winner is chosen for each day!!
Here is the blog hop list to get you started:
