Lil' Inker Designs March Release: Day 1

Welcome to the Lil' Inker Designs March Release!  What an amazing month and I know you will agree 100% after seeing the release this week!  You should have arrived from the talented Alyssa's blog.......but if not, you can start back at the beginning at the Lil' Inker Designs blog.

First things first........Lil' Inker Designs has re-branded their look and you will begin seeing this all new "look" with this release!  Another bit of news is along with a new look comes a NEW DT member........my friend and now teammate.......Erin Schreiner!  She not only is joining the DT but also has taken on the role for Social Media!  She has been doing a fantastic job with spreading the word about LID over on FB and Instagram.......So go like us and follow along over on these social media sites!

I can't stand it........I had to share my favorite card of the release today!  If you follow me, then you know that I'm a huge fan of floral dies.  Well...........introducing Spring Flowers Dies.

To create my card, I started off by die cutting a black Stitches and Stripes Cover It Up die.  After adhering this die cut to a white card base at the angle I needed, I trimmed off the excess on the edges........this way, the stitched lines are still evenly spaced with no measuring!  Layered over the diagonal lines, are these adorable Spring Flower die cuts using some pattern paper.  With glossy accents over a black center was the perfect touch.  The sentiment is from Modern Mehndi stamp set.

And a closeup of those gorgeous flowers!!!  Look at all that stitching!!!  LOVE!
